“The essence of creativity.” 😭 What a beautiful way to describe it. I just recently started watching West Wing and just saw this episode for the first time. I really hope they release that B-roll

I *REALLY* hope "they" find that B-roll of Dule tapping along to Yo-Yo Ma, someday. I *REALLY* would enjoy watching that!!!!! ❤️

Absolutely one of my favorite scenes/performances
of the West Wing. My heart stirred so.

I cannot hear that piece of music ever without thinking of poor Josh, it’s such a powerful scene 😢

Not only is that episode worthwhile to watch because of Yo-Yo Ma's impeccable artistry on his cello, but the acting that Bradley Whitford did in that particular scene is also the stuff of legends. Whitford just blew me away, there. I could literally feel his flashbacks the first time I watched that scene, and part of the reason why is due to the music of Yo-Yo Ma. ❤️

No one can flip out like Josh. When he explodes in the Oval Office to the president and when he loses it at Otto during the Santos transition and Sam threatens to leave of he doesn’t go away and take a break.
One thing that stuck out to me when josh was describing his symptoms to the trauma psychologist and his assistant was the bitter taste you get in your mouth. I have never been shot at of course but my job is stressful and demanding and I know that taste. It’s bitter and dry and sort of behind your tastebuds. An unforgettable scene.

I always can feel my breath getting tighter when I listen the piece, it's hard not to feel anxious for Josh given how many times I've seen this scene. Post Traumatic Scene Disorder :)

Anyone who is familiar with opera will recognize the operatic format and techniques in the West Wing. No matter whether the lines are spoken or sung. It added greatly to my enjoyment.

I realise it's not the focus of this video, but I feel like Richard Schiff is just Toby but more chilled out. Anyone else?

Some wise people say that killing Trump is a form of self-defense if you believe him being alive will result in your death. Would that be a tragedy?
