The amount of choke points and other extremely difficult sections make this multiple times more difficult then any list demon today. Not to mention, these are literal gods on these specific game modes.
The waves are actually the easiest part of the level, I heard it before, and after spending nearly 4000 attempts beating it in practice, I can conclude the wave are somewhat a break from the ship. (And this is coming from a ship carried player playing a ship carried top 15)
Silent clubstep was not nerfed "slightly", it was nerfed into fuсking oblivion. If you're not convinced, play both versions extensively and you will be able to tell the INSANE difference.

3:10 as someone who started in 2.2 the new physics is all I know so it’s easy for me but I can get how it’s hard for other people who have played since previous updates. I’ve beaten demons with it (easy and medium demons do you expect anything else for someone who’s only played since the start of 2.2) and it was easy learning harder ship gameplay
aeternus isnt impossible its just too hard for a top players standards today and the only way there could be a limit in a geometry dash would be a level with the lenght of like 30+ minutes with constant 4x 3x speed gameplay and 2 player being in most parts plus frame perfects every few frames at 240-360 fps. So basically what im trying to say is that the difficulty we have in levels right now isnt even close to what is humanly possible for the future.

i saw doggie playing it in practice mode, and it took him 2880 attempts, which is more than i took on slaughterhouse practice, bloodbath and a bit on acheron COMBINED. im pretty sure one part in the swingcopter was like 3 240fps frame perfects in a row and it took him like 20 minutes lol waiting for riots real last level Pygor, which is harder than aeternus 3 times in a row and 4 minutes long
I beat silent clubstep in practice in 125 attempts and Acheron in 450 attempts but it took me 3992 attempts on Aeternus. The only level I’ve beaten in practice mode (while not botting a level) in more attempts is Element 111 Rg when my hardest was an easy demon on 60 hz mobile at school, with 4090 attempts in practice

They verified Tidal Wave, Avernus, Acheron, Silent Clubstep, Slaughterhouse, Bloodbath, and the list goes on. Everybody always thought that those levels were impossible and they were beaten.

Not only because of how far fetched this level is in terms of difficulty but also because every level in the trilogy will have undergone different kinds of difficulty alteration (Tartarus not getting changed, Acheron getting buffed, Aeternus getting nerfed)
If I’m being honest, yes… in 7 years. Like we used to see Silent Clubstep like this years ago and look what happened! Skill will improve like crazy throughout the years
I firmly believe that any top player could beat any level, no matter how difficult (unless it's obviously just physically impossible). Not only has it happened many times before with Silent Clubstep as you said and Sakupen Circles, but the skill limit keeps getting raised as time goes on, leading me to believe that we will always be able to beat new hardest levels, no matter the difficulty. By this logic, Aeternus will obviously be verified (I'd assume by at least 2026 to 2029 at the latest), and so will levels like Azure Flare, in which it's even more likely since Aeden has put half a decade into verifying it by now. Not just these things, but the Demonlist and top 1's are extremely popular, so people will always be trying to push the skill ceiling by beating and verifying the new hardest demons. This all leads me to believe that there will always be new hardest levels being verified until Geometry Dash dies as a whole.
