The AI never would have taken over, and the War Economy would never appear. The Snakes could have lived normal lives. The world would be left as it is. MGSV wasn't the game I wanted it to be. But at least it came out. I've sunk over 100 hours since launch day, where I bought it the second the store opened on that morning. This game is still my GOTY for 2015, and I think I'll still be playing it for years to come. It'll be heralded as a classic in a few years, like MGS2. Just wait for the anger to subside. Thank you, Mr. Kojima. For this masterpiece of a game. This may be the final Metal Gear game you make, but the legacy left there will make this series be remembered forever. Bigboss was still alive in the "secret" ending cutscene of mgs4, the last chronological game of the story

I'm *shocked* this is not an official soundtrack from Phantom Pain or Guns of the patriots. I searched the soundtracks specifically for this only to learn that it's actually fan-made. One of the best OSTs from the franchise, honestly. Well done, you're pretty good.

MGS has given my life more narrative than anything else has. It showed me I can move beyond my pain, my parents, and upbringing and be a great man even when saturated with sorrows, virtues, and pain.

5 years Later with no new true metal gear game. I always ask myself... Why are we still here? Just to suffer. I'm still waiting patiently for the day Hideo comes back and makes a new game... With his words being "Kept you waiting huh?" But we know that dream will never come... So for him... For the Boss... For every charcter we grew up with... We'll be Diamond Dogs in their stead.
Only just finished The Phantom Pain yesterday, and I'm just here to say that ever since I was young, I've absolutely loved the metal gear franchise as a while since MGS1 on the PS1, I've replayed them all many, many times and I will never forget the franchise through my whole life in the gaming industry, The Phantom Pain was extremely powerful with its emotions, and that ending got me hard. But I'm here to say that I'm thankful for Kojima, I'm thankful for what masterpieces he has created in the past and I'm thankful for all you others, for making such a wonderful community. Im sure Death Stranding will be a masterpiece, I'm sure that it will be our new hope in Kojima future creations. But until then, through my 15 years in life, I'm thankful for everything, and Kojima will forever have a place in my heart.

MGSV wasn't the game I wanted it to be. But at least it came out. I've sunk over 100 hours since launch day, where I bought it the second the store opened on that morning. This game is still my GOTY for 2015, and I think I'll still be playing it for years to come. It'll be heralded as a classic in a few years, like MGS2. Just wait for the anger to subside.

Solid worked for a traitor but he didnt know anything at all. He didnt even knew he was a clone untill he killed venom. Bigboss wasnt killed by anybody, his body double was, aka venom. Bigboss was still alive in the "secret" ending cutscene of mgs4, the last chronological game of the story

The people who weren't happy with venom snake don't really get what Kojima was trying to do here......as you know this is his last metal gear and he wanted to thank us the loyal fans for enjoying his work and the adventures of snake he wanted to show us that to him we were the real big Boss and that's pretty deep

Only just finished The Phantom Pain yesterday, and I'm just here to say that ever since I was young, I've absolutely loved the metal gear franchise as a while since MGS1 on the PS1, I've replayed them all many, many times and I will never forget the franchise through my whole life in the gaming industry, The Phantom Pain was extremely powerful with its emotions, and that ending got me hard. But I'm here to say that I'm thankful for Kojima, I'm thankful for what masterpieces he has created in the past and I'm thankful for all you others, for making such a wonderful community. Im sure Death Stranding will be a masterpiece, I'm sure that it will be our new hope in Kojima future creations. But until then, through my 15 years in life, I'm thankful for everything, and Kojima will forever have a place in my heart.

I honestly feel like I'm one of the only ones who actually preferred Sutherland as big boss, I feel like his look and voice fit the tone better and David as solid snake is how it should be
