In Austin it would take me over an hour and at least $15 to eat some good breakfast tacos. But I can make them quicker, cheaper, and better than most places around town. Here's how.

Flour Tortilla Recipe:
120g All-Purpose Flour
38g Fat (any fat will do, lard being most traditional)
2g (1/2 tsp) Baking Powder
2.5g (1/2 tsp) Kosher Salt
55g Hot Water
