Every year I struggle with the hassle of a whole turkey and each time I swear by myself that I’ll learn to debone it so it can actually fit in my tiny oven. Buying a chicken a week seems like a great practical way to learn before taking on a whole turkey

Let's stop telling everybody about this great cut of steak. 2 to 3 years ago I could pick this up for $4.99 to $5.99 a pound and now most places are charging like $8 to $10 a pound
I was a knife specialist in the debone dept for about 3 yrs.. it's been over 7 years since eince I've worked there & can still debone a whole chicken. It's a useful skill that never goes away.
It took longer to chew than this whole video
