Thanks for the feedback! I will try to put out more in depth and instructional stuff, I made a lot of those and no one really watched them so I've been trying something a little different here because the instructional stuff is a lot of work. I'll try again and see how it goes!
for your challah bread recipe, can i substitute the oil for a high quality butter? And why does your challah bread only have a egg in it? Most traditional challah bread calls for lots of eggs because its a more eggy dough.
You can do whatever you want - if you’re set on being traditional challah is made with oil and not butter. Amount of eggs is just personal preference.
Here after the pizza dough video. You're doing everything right. I think it's just hard for people to discover smaller channels. Keep at it. 😀
