Before I started the workout I was trying to read the caption and comments to figure out if it is beginner friendly. Since I couldn't find a clear answer, I decided to give it a try anyway. You make it look so easy Madeleine but fair warning to newbies: THIS ISN'T BEGINNER FRIENDLY! I felt the burn in parts of my abdomen I didn't even know existed. The first part is also very much an arm workout so you all have been warned!!! Looking forward to the results I'll have by day 5 of the challenge, LET'S GO!

before starting your 1 month challenge in June, I was a size 20. It’s been six months-on-off, but with time and patience I’m getting there. Size 16, heading in the direction of a 14. The toning is working and I’m starting to get my confidence back. Thank you so much Madeleine ✨
you made it look so easy!! my first day of pilates, i felt like jelly and couldn't do the exercises properly sometimes, BUT keep going!! i'm not giving up and can't wait to finally feel good doing it!

You forgot to mention that this workout is going to DESTROY my abs! 😩😂 Jokes aside, I really enjoyed this. 😊 I started Pilates with Blogilates, so I'm used to a faster pace of workouts, but I really, really liked these slower, more intentional movements. And the voiceover helpes SO much. 😄

This was absolutely amazing, it started off easy but then it became so intense and stayed intense until the end, I loved it! And the verbal instructions were really helpful to keep a good form

I usually struggle with finding my breath during guided exercise but you really helped me remember to breathe!!! Tysm keep the breathing cues up!!💓

Но какая же жесть! С чего я решила, что после тяжелого курса на месяц, мне будет относительно не сложно? Складывается ощущение, что с каждым новым плейлистом Меделин становится все более жестока! Ой, предчувствую, как завтра будет тело болеть!

I wanted to do another workout challenge from Madeleine's channel after finishing her 25-day challenge yesterday. Since starting that challenge I noticed my thighs and quads getting more firm and I also realized how weak my arms were despite them being already slim.
I think I have been breathing so recklessly before but this time following you made it super effective and giving the burns 4x

Let me just say… wow I’m so excited to see results in a week 😂❤🎉 and this isn’t beginner friendly but it’s what I need to feel a burn and break a sweat!! All these other videos are nice but I never see results. I’m so excited for this even thought IM SHAKING LIKE A LEAF 😅 it will make me so much stronger!

Finished the first round, on the second round of this challenge. I never known this one is THAT intense cause probably I skipped so much the first time I did this. Now it is killing me. Anyway, this is FIRE. I do this & her 1w beginner friendly Pilates challenge, one in morning and one before dinner + Intermittent Fasting, I must say that my weight dropped quick, I feel healthy. Soon see my abs forming under my eyes in just a week. Oh, remember relax your muscles after this work, I do the yoga one but you can do what ever, or this workout will kill your muscles. Good luck to everyone

Have been doing pilates for a while now and still felt this burn sooo much. I was literally huffing and puffing throughout and couldn't even complete a single posture properly.

Day 1 : done ✅ my whole body is shaking rn 😭
Day 2 : done ✅ it was easier than day 1's i guess
Day 3 : half done ✅ (13mins) I can't do it anymore. I'm sweating and my hands are hurting so bad. Hope I can do it better next time.

I have done the 2 weeks and 1 month plans and my arms and back got stronger u can even see the muscles, my butt got more round but the biggest difference i saw was in my waist! My core is way more deffined and u can see some abs popping up! Honestly i never liked ab workouts but i still decided to try this one. I had to take a few breaks and so far its the hardest ab workout ive done. Im sweating like crazy and i feel like my abs are dying. My goal is to do every madeleine pilates plan🤭
