Install KaOS 2015 in UEFI Mode (Dual Boot Windows 8/8.1/10)

A tiny tutorial to show how to dual boot KaOS with Windows 10 in UEFI Mode.
Here is a list of what I do in the video:
(i) Make some space for KaOS in Windows
(ii) Make a bootable installation media for KaOS (Not covered in this tutorial)
(iii) Attach it to your computer
(iv) Reboot Windows after disabling fast shutdown. And use the command shutdown -r -t 0 to do so.
(v) Boot into KaOS Installation media in UEFI Mode.
(vi) Create three partitions in that empty space: (a) Swap (b) Root, and (c) Boot
(vii) Boot into newly installed KaOS
(viii) Remove syslinux, install Refind
Done! Now you can choose between Windows and KaOS at the start. Yay!
