- My review of an 8.25 Passport deck.

Was thinking about checking out a Pass Port deck for my next deck. Super helpful 👍 it sounds like it'd be a good choice for me based on your description of that tail. Have you thought about trying out an Alltimers deck? Just skated one for the past month and a half and it was easily the best deck I've ever skated
Absolutely- my next deck will most likely be an Alien Workshop, Alltimers, or maybe another girl deck. The April I’m skating now is pretty stellar as well. Appreciate the reco my g 👌🏻

As for the Passport deck being stiff I would have thought it would have lots of flex and springiness to it if it comes out of PS Stix. My only PS Stix deck (Toy Machine) was very flexy right out of the gate.
Right?! I though the same thing but it just didn’t feel like that- it wasn’t soggy, just didn’t feel “springy”. FYI- the April deck I’m skating now is amazing and def has some flex 💪🏻
Pass-Port is Generator Distribution/BBS woodshop, same as Baker, Deathwish, Real, Antihero, FA, Hockey, Magenta, Polar etc.
This makes SO much sense. I’ve tried every single one of those decks except Magenta and they all had very similar feeling pop, and slightly heavier wood.
Yo bro I’ve been skating my passport deck for about a month and I feel like it’s losing pop and the tail is a lot thinner than the nose and it’s chipping too did that happen with you or? Also how long will this deck last me
Yea i didn’t have the best of luck with pop or longevity with this deck. I do think they have awesome graphics and pretty good pop in the beginning. Any deck will depreciate in the tail and Pop overtime (depending on how often you skate) so just keep that in mind!
I was recently checking out the passport cassette deck . Looked like a decent squarish shape
I swear this one also looked more square without griptape- then after it just looked like a full popsicle 🤷🏻♂️. They probably do have different shapes for their riders.
