Yeah, those Quasi shapes are still dope even though I don’t like the graphics. My man rocking the new wheels! I have some Bones 52mm 99A STFs, the V5s. Decent enough wheel. A bit too narrow on the riding surface for me though. You get 1mm more on a Spitfire Classic 52mm wheel. Love to hear your view on the 103A wheels though. Sounds rough for street 😂. My 99As couldn’t handle the streets down by my inlaws which are the crustiest streets I’ve EVER ridden. Literally ”Speed Eater” streets like you’ve never seen. Always looking forward to your vids dudemeister.
Hahaha thanks g! 100% agree on the wheel- a bit too narrow for me I can already tell- but nice and light and very slidable. I tried it in my crusty parking lot and almost died immediately (stuck). 😅
Killer setup man. I have yet to try anything from Quasi yet. Still have to run through two Zero decks and an Enjoi before I even think of getting another deck. I have some new Royal Raw trucks, coming from Indys. I'm curious how the Royals stack up against Thunders. I hear Thunders are great for guys that skate tighter trucks and want a better "reset" from the trucks when turning. Looking forward to a review on that Quasi deck and Bones wheels! Keep it up
just get indy hard stock bushing, then you will be able to do sharp turns in time and thunders And Royals are good. but i still personally perf Krux myself
So far it’s a little longer, has less concave, hockey has a bigger nose, this deck has a bigger tail (so far). At least right now that’s how it “feels.” Full review with specs coming later for sure!
I like it that you're more in depth about the shape cuz hardly anyone does that. I prefer WKND/FA/quasi blunt nose and tail full shape.

@@anarchistbunny3339 I'm used to the stock Indy bushings. Not a bad idea. I might try that or some bushings from Bones.
