And mam ek me or confuse hai ramlakhan vs state me. Jaise 2 log ka accusation hat gaya or establish ho gya ki 5 log nahi थे। to jaise ki aapne bola h ki dacoity k liye remaining 3 convict ni ho skte. And woh 2 log me kch ni hoga kyuki accusation hat chuka hai or establish ni huwa 5 log hai kr k. Toh mam aap phir kyu bl rhe ki accused log dacoity k liye convict honge?

Saktu case me guilt establish ho gya tha bs baki 3 accused ki identity confirm nhi thi. Isliye jinki identity confirm thi unpr dacoity lag gyi. But Ramlakhan case me guilt hi establish nhi hua tbhi 2 ko benefit of doubt dia gya or 3 log hi bache to dacoity lag nhi skti qki uske liye 5 log chahiye.
