Sorry sorry 😔😔Plz correct this : mark sheet wala example nahi lgega yahan..
Reason : "It (the definition of property under the Act) will have to be either movable or immovable property or property which is transferable, consumable or capable of being spent and not a marksheet which is non-transferable or non-expendable," ruled Justice Chavan.

Super lecture madam
I think so he has committed theft because of the following reasons:
He has dishonestly taken away the property.
The property was movable
The property was taken away in the absence of the owner, as if it was taken away in his presence he might stopped him from doing so.
Yes
With theft he also has committed Criminal Trespass....
nice explanation ma'am

14:08 theft as he took away the sugarcane (movable property) out of the possession of owner without his consent
Mam, I am a students of DU, studying at Faculty Of Law in CLC in semester....
My Problem is :-
{1} As a beginner , how to make notes...???
{2} I am not able to answer the I.P.C semester questions!!.What is the strategy and how to answer the questions.....???
First read the *bare act* provision 3-4 times(the topic which u want to understand). Then bifurcate it into small parts to undersatnd the whole meaning. Refer book for more clear explaination.
U can also read of some the conventional Q & A given on various websites. Still first read and understand urself! Only then u'll able to write answer.
Legal language is bit tricky but same topic ko repeat karte rehne se samjh aa jayega.👍
@@shikha.g.mishra thanks....but my semester exam is over
@@anubhavkumar8350 you told, u r a beginner! So u might need it for further study!?

Sippattar singh case me theft hua h
421 ipc misappropriation of property
Hi
It is case of theft .without consent person moves property of another person.
Theft kiya
Guilty for Theft..
Candy not my point if that much little punishment will be given to that much greater funders and what will be the future of India I am not talking about the India as well as the Indian politics because Indian politics depends only on one thing that we are very good judgement provider we have very good Judiciary and all that's why world knows us. My point is this type of accused must be given at least life imprisonment thank you your honour kindly amend the law because if someone will tear of the property papers is also doing an offence of destroying the evidence there are several offences coming together in this mischief well I am only e advocate since 2004 my senior advocates knows that thing better than me.
