Sir... I got married to a girl whose divorce was not clear. It was open discussion and we discussed everything on watsapp before marriage.
Now I want to go for annulment since she abuses and fights with my mom.
Can I file petition inspite of the fact that I knew about bigamy before marriage.
What can be repercussions.
Will judge ask me to pay maintenance or can they declare it as valid marriage
