Thank you - I have shared your you tube clip. As a Yoga Teacher of 40+ years I found your practice the most true to the original instructions and symmetrically perfect. It was a pleasure watching you do this set. Well done!
I have practiced the 5 Tibetan for years and your video is the most well executed I have ever seen on the web, teaching exactly how to practice them in the right way. Thank you and congratulations.
I am a latecomer to your site. But I have to tell you I am so happy I found you. I have been doing the Tibetan rites now for six months, and I am a changed person. Even so, I have always been unsure of proper breathing techniques. I could never find definite instructions, and thanks to you now I have. I’ve jotted them all down so I will be sure as I practice. Many thanks. You are an excellent teacher!
This is the way I do it and learnt it, I'm sure there are a few variations of it. I think if you feel more intune with the moves not focusing on the breath then do that. And once you feel like its second nature, then try adding in the breath.
Music is by James Granstrom. He has two amazing albums on Itunes called Golddust, and All Eyes on Me. Or click on the about section under the video and there is a link to his music. Thanks!
I am not always able to do the 21. It took me time to work up to 21. I've been doing these for 10 years, and in the past two years I have included the 5 T's to my regular yoga workout. For men, this is a powerful way to stimulate the libido.
When you do the spin try keeping your right heel in permanent contact with the ground. This will provide stability thus helping with your balance and reduce all the footwork that you are using in your demonstration.
On the fifth rite I always breathe in while I’m in down dog and exhale in up dog. I know we do the opposite in yoga. However this is How Peter Kelder taught it. 🙏
Don't know who is you yoga teacher but the correct way to breathe from upward facing dog to downward facing dog is the same as she is doing it here. 5:19
@@Zenned-Out it should start from down position, inhale when going up, exhale as you come down. Every exercise has it that way, but 5th for some reason she is wrong
Will these exercise help to balance chakra or will increase the chakra activity. What would happen when i would miss this activity say while traveling for 2-3 days, how to get back to the fitness regime
Thank you! Bad choice of camera, i.e. lenses (your face in certain moments looks distorted) and horrible sound! Nevertheless quite nice video! Both the tutorial, the subject and the use of a mirror! Especially the subject in certain frames!!! Thank you! 👏👏👏 🙏🏻
Hi K's Perfect Fitness TV, I have one small question to ask :) what yoga pants(model and label) do you have in this video. Would love to buy them as a gift to my girlfriend. Happy training's and fresh New Year. :)
I have begun this practice and really finding it beneficial. From watching other demonstrations I am beginning to do the repetitions more slowly and feel this is not necessarily easier but the outcome is better. Have you got any thoughts on the speed at which we should practice?
they should be done much more slowly. if you lose your breath or raise your heartbeat, it means you're doing it wrong. also, you start with 3 repetitions and raise to 21 by two every week or every several days, depending on what's your body telling you. when you get to 21, you start decreasing by two until you reach 3 again. and repeat the cycle. and if you make a pause even one day, you need to start over. and again, slowly, they are not meant for body workout but for getting your chakras in balance. basically, the person on the video has no grip of the whole point of these exercises and lacks knowledge in the whole topic.
You can do them any time of the day, but the best way to do them is exactly upon waking up. I personally like to take a shower before doing them. also, some of the teachers say you should hold the 21 when you get there, not start decreasing, and some say you shouldn't. I am not sure what is correct.
Does it matter if you look at your middle finger while you spin instead of looking in front of you? I see that sometimes... Also I just breath as it comes, not focusing too much on that. I find it distracting otherwise. Otherwise, one of the best technique I seen so far.

Awesome video and it's great that you used a mirror to allow different angles for form and hand placement, thank you

Well done . Thank you for sharing. Your fitness is inspiring!
All these 'multo' people here must be regular geniuses the lot of'em. Thank you for sharing.
good to do them before a weight training and finish by doing them again after the weight training as a cooling down.
Perfect! Thank you for this.
Excellent demonstration. Thank you.

Hi. I am new to this Yoga. would like to know if you are actually breathing through the nose or mouth throughout the 5 rites? Thank you.
Valeu amiga 😘 muito bom 😘
Have you done the famous 5 Tibetans anti-aging ritual recently? It's proving very popular, try it yourself now!
Yes...this was my exercise of choice because of it's simplicity and full body strengthening...it is :)

Excellent thank you so much I was just trying this out the other day but I did not know about the breathing that’s a big help have a blessed day💚🙏🏻

This are definitely the most beautiful exercises I ever saw.
thank you!
Very practice and effective. Thanks
In the 5th rite, you breathe in when your hips come up, and breathe out when you come down, the opposite of what's usually
taught in yoga classes.
You are correct...

Why do you spin in only one direction? It seems incomplete to me.
I have begun this practice and really finding it beneficial. From watching other demonstrations I am beginning to do the repetitions more slowly and feel this is not necessarily easier but the outcome is better. Have you got any thoughts on the speed at which we should practice?
You want to take this in your own time. Listen to your body, and let it guide you.
K's Perfect Fitness TV how do you listen to ur body, does it talk or just words u are using
You'll get an intuition/feeling. Become intune with your body.
they should be done much more slowly. if you lose your breath or raise your heartbeat, it means you're doing it wrong. also, you start with 3 repetitions and raise to 21 by two every week or every several days, depending on what's your body telling you. when you get to 21, you start decreasing by two until you reach 3 again. and repeat the cycle. and if you make a pause even one day, you need to start over. and again, slowly, they are not meant for body workout but for getting your chakras in balance. basically, the person on the video has no grip of the whole point of these exercises and lacks knowledge in the whole topic.
should i do this upon waking up with empty stomach?
You can do them any time of the day, but the best way to do them is exactly upon waking up. I personally like to take a shower before doing them. also, some of the teachers say you should hold the 21 when you get there, not start decreasing, and some say you shouldn't. Maja Slavković why some teachers tell to make 25 repetitions.
