This dude is the most underrated musician in modern history.
I think he likes it that way but he's certainly not underrated in the jam band scene everyone pretty much knows he's the man
Is very good, there are so many others who had less recognition than him. Just to mention one, Ollie Halsall. Few people knew, the music critic always ignored him ... he died forgotten by everyone.

Yeah! I saw him live in N, Carolina once I think it was Winston-Salem before Gov't Mule! Great! I now own most of the albums he has in Gov't Mule and some odd and end stuff!

Oh dear “Dear Mr Fantasy”. Wow flashbacks of good ness.
Warren has stood toe to toe with some of the best and shares the stage well. The way he comes up with all this great material make me imagine that he had a song playing in his head at rehearsal earlier that day, knocked it around a bit and said “OK! Let’s use it tonight. He and his band have the talent to pull that off and make it sound great, too! Much respect from a struggling guitar player. I understand what it means when you say “it’s all about the music”.

My favorite version of this tune is on the Traffic album Welcome to the Canteen , although the production on the album was not very good .

I love Warren. Also love this song (hunger strike) but man, Chris Cornell was 1 of a kind. I don't know if anyone can do his vocals justice.
I think they're both great vocalists. Warren definitely is more of a blues guy, and his rendition sounded like blues. No doubt, this is and will always be Chris's. Chris and TOD were a once in a generation thing.
Cornell had a voice beyond his years. He quite literally killed it though. Not meant as a joke, we are all worse off without it.
Cornell at 22 or 23 ish. Temple of the Dog record. He evolved over the years. That high register Cornell was getting up into was other worldly
