@@laqnfrIt takes a lot of practice, the suitable sensitivity would be on 70/80 but I use 100 for convenience. Just make a 180° movement and the survivor must stop perfectly in the center and start with the analog left and right, running simultaneously. I do not classify myself as a professional or an expert. You just have to try and try again and this takes a lot of time and a lot of effort.
