Honestly, this was not nearly as bad as I was braced for. We did not look at MLK day right at 7 months in advance, and overall there was decent availability. Plus I was surprised to see February still fairly available overall. I know we're into home resort owner priority there, but it's far from 11 months out! These kinds of looks even further my belief that if you buy the home resort you really want to stay in and are able to plan in advance, you shouldn't really run into issues (a few specific room types/locations being an exception, of course).

Another super good friend of the channel here has a Riv resale contract and he loves it. People will always be spouting their opinions about what's "right", but so much of this is subjective. Appreciate these video's as I wait for my first DVC account via resale. Bought at Boardwalk and deed was recorded on June 12th! Hopefully any day now! This has been great information and just helps while I not so patiently wait to do some of my own research :)

beach club data is not typical, they have scheduled the pool to be closed jan-may 2025
