Most of Euroleague clubs are multi-sport clubs, which include football. These ultras will support the club with the same level of passion in every sport they play

Yeah. For example, my favourite team (i am a football fan) has a handball, hockey, and waterpolo team, and i watch and go if i can to all.

Even though that mainly counts for the Balkans (and though teams such as in Turkey are often 'outsourced' and have a sponsor name). And teams of Barça, Real or Bayern are not really supported by the football Ultras. But yes, get your point and you're right in general.

Those atmospheres are insane. In The Netherlands we don't really have basketball like that, but my wife is Greek, she has the Euroleague games in the calender. I have been at the Olympiacos footballstadium a few times, but I'd love to see a big basketball game in Pireaus. It's funny to see a calm, book reading woman loose her mind, cursing the refs.

@olivierdelatouche9453 They don't. And if you watch 1 homegame, you know they aren't. We Dutch aren't.

Obradovic is the most decorated coach in Europe, he has quite literally the Midas touch on every team he takes on. And yes he might scream and cuss but every player that has been under him loves him and worship the ground he walks.

Friend, I will allow myself to make one single remark to you: And it is to speak a little more passionately, not like you will fall asleep in front of the camera. I am talking about how you barely speak at the beginning of the clip, a person listening will fall asleep right away.
(And don't be offended. I am saying this purely in a friendly way) :)

the main difference here is in the basic thing. In the USA, people go to matches because of the players. In Europe, the club is the most important. Nothing is more than a club. No player is more important than the club. We love clubs all our lives

Why are you so interested to see if you know any of the names? There's no to very few NBA players in euroleague. So, no Le Brow.
