    现在仍是金瓜的季节,一起来做金瓜/南瓜面包卷。采用了新鲜多汁的金瓜来制作,不只面包面团,连面包内部也加了金瓜泥馅。面包整形也很特别,用了切割卷花方式,成为毛毛虫面包,可爱。烤好面包卷表面橙黄金色,可爱漂亮。撕开来,满满金瓜香搭配脆口开心果,内部蓬松,口感松软拉丝,回弹力很好,好吃。
    =不同品种的金瓜会有不同含水份量,所以制作过成要准确调整牛奶份量,来调出软硬适中的面团。
    收藏方式:烤好温吃最佳。烤好放凉收密封塑料袋,室温3天。要保存更长,冷冻在冰库那里,吃前解冻即可。
    Now it's still the pumpkin season. Let's make Pumpkin Bread Rolls. It is made with fresh juicy pumpkin, not only bread dough, but bread interior also contains pumpkin puree fillings. Bread shaping is also very special, using cutting method to make worm shaped bread, cute. Bread surface turn orange golden once baked, cute and pretty. Tear apart, full of pumpkin fragrance paired with crunchy pistachios, fluffy interior, soft and stringpull texture, good spring back, delicious.
    = Different varieties of pumpkin will have different moisture content, so the amount of milk must be adjusted accurately to produce a dough with moderate softness.
    Storage Method: Best eaten warm after baked. Once baked, let cool and put in airtight ziplock bag at room temperature up to 3 days. To keep it longer, freeze it in the freezer, thaw before eating.

    145g Pumpkin Flesh (High heat Steam for 20minutes) 金瓜果肉 (大火蒸20分钟)
    =Bread Dough面包面团 (6pcs: 50g/pc)=
    45g Milk (Room Temperature) 牛奶(室温)
    2.5g Instant Dry Yeast速溶酵母
    10g Condensed Milk (Room Temperature) 炼奶(室温)
    35g Pumpkin Puree (Cooled) 金瓜泥(冷却)
    150g High Protein Flour/Bread Flour高筋面粉/面包粉
    20g Caster Sugar细砂糖
    3g Salt盐
    25g Egg 鸡蛋
    20g Unsalted Butter (Soften) 无盐牛油(软化)
    =Pumpkin Puree Fillings金瓜泥馅=
    65g Pumpkin Puree (Slightly warmed up) 金瓜泥(稍微弄温)
    8g Caster Sugar细砂糖
    0.5g Salt盐
    6g Unsalted Butter (Soften) 无盐牛油(软化)
    30g Pistachios (Roasted)开心果(烤香)
    (Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack)
    (Preheated Oven 180C: 15minutes) (halfway rotate baking tray to heat browning evenly)
    (上下火,不开旋风,第四层烤)
    (预热烤箱180C: 15分钟)(中途转烤盘受热上色均匀)

    I have made it with your recipe and the result is very successful. I did a pumpkin bread before with another recipe but now I have throw away that recipe because your recipe is much more tasteful, soft and delicious. It is easy to do and my family love it very much.     Yr weight of 145g pumpkin does not = to 35g of Gilling and 65 g gor dough use. Can explain what happen to balance?
