  • • Ingredients: Pumpkin bread roll
    Pumpkin 700 grams(steam it well and press it into paste. Take 200 grams of the paste and mix it with flour. Make fillings with the rest of it). 0:35,
    Butter 20 grams, 1:33,
    White granular sugar 20 grams, 1:38,
    Maltose 20 grams, 1:49,
    Corn starch 20 grams( add a little bit of water to dulite it) 2:03,
    Powdered milk 10 grams, 2:16,
    Milk 100 grams, 2:58,
    White granular sugar 50 grams, 3:02,
    Eggs 2 (about 60 grams each) 3:04,
    Yeast 5 grams, 3:14,
    High-protein flour 500 grams, 3:28,
    Powdered milk 20 grams, 3:34,
    Butter 30 grams, 3:51,
    Salt 2 grams, 3:57,
    Some liquid egg, some pumpkin kernels or sesame, 6:50,
    Baking temperature(for small family ovens of about 30 liters): preheat the oven for 10 mins at upper heat and bottom heat 120 degrees. Put it in lower layer of oven and bake it for about 27 mins. We need to make adjustment according to different conditions.
    Baking temperature(for bigger ovens of over 50 liters): preheat the oven for 10 mins with upper heat and bottom heat 160 degrees. Put it in lowest layer of oven and bake it for about 27 mins. We need to make adjustment according to different conditions.
