  • • Ingredients: pumpkin pastry
    Pastry: 100 grams of hot oil, 100 grams of flour (blend to be even and let cool) 0:34,
    Steamed pumpkin 750 grams (beaten into paste) 0:53,
    Yeast 5 grams (the dough only needs to rise for a bit, so here we just need half of the usual amount of yeast) 1:05,
    Flour 1000 grams 1:13,
    • After finish making, brush some water on it and then sprinkle some sesame. Let rise for 5 mins. Then brush some oil and sprinkle some sugar.
    • Baking temperature for an 80-liter oven: preheat the oven at 260 degrees for top heat and bottom heat. Keep it on the middle rack of oven and bake for 15 mins. If the oven can’t reach 260 degrees, just bake with the highest temperature for a bit longer. But a smaller oven usually provide higher temperature than the thermometer says, so please check out more to avoid overbaking.
