Oh my god, what year this video was taken ? Mr Johnny Cash was just a "kid".. If it was not the way Johnny Cash hold/played guitar, and his unique voice.. I wouldn't recognize him. We missed you so much, Mr. Johnny Cash !! 💕💕💕💕👍👍👍👍
I recall an episode of Cheers, where Norm, Cliff and others sang the Bonanza theme. Their version went something like: "We got a right to pick a little fight, Bonanza. Anyone of you want to fight with us is gonna fight with me."
These lyrics are NOT the original, but modified for to sell 45 records. The Cartwrights sing the song as they leave Virginia City at the end of the first episode. Unfortunately it was excised when the series was sold for reruns. It was shown in a special about TV some 30 years ago, so I imagine you can find it on line. Also the cast did a few albums, which BEAR records sells in a CD set, and you can hear the original there. You can probably find that on line too. By the way Pernell Roberts - Adam - had a great voice, better than 99% of any singers you might hear.
Yo tengo un vago recuerdo, así que cuando le oía parodiar la letra a nuestro gran Chiquito de la Calzada (España), no me parecía que se lo inventara por completo, sino que la cosa tenía alguna base real.

I saw Johnny cash sing this in a small london venue about 30 years ago i guess. I had no idea it had lyrics until that night and i have never heard it again since........until now (2023). Sure miss that great man in black.🙏
biggest legend in country music history!
This is the line from the lyric I was always taught.
It appears as well in one of Uncle John's Bathroom Readers.
I never heard or saw this before, what a treat! Thank you.
Extraordinário ouvir e ver essa performance em 2023. Maravilhoso
Excellent. I had only heard the version that Loren Greene sang. Great show.
Also the cast did a few albums, which BEAR records sells in a CD set, and you can hear
the original there. You can probably find that on line too.
By the way Pernell Roberts - Adam - had a great voice, better than 99% of any singers you
might hear.
The first television program I remember watching was Bonanza. I was three years old in England.
Wow!!! finally hearing the words to the song!!👏♥️👍🎶🥰
I knew this because my father had the sheet music for it. Can still sing along after a half century or more.
Amazing, and that is not a word I use often. As a person who watched Bonanza first run episodes I did not know the theme had words. I did hear Andy Griffith sing the Andy Griffith Show theme words, but Johnny Cash can still surprise us. Amazing!
Hello how are you doing?
I remember watching reruns of Bonanza! Rest In Peace All actors!
Wow Johnny Cash. Love it. Been watching bonanza 4 a long time never heard the words but Johnny did an amazing job.
Hello how are you doing..?
@@honestarthur000 I'm good
Loved Bonanza as a young boy, but I have never seen this clip before, Only seen the version Ben Cartwright sang. Thanks !
Jakie to dawne , ale bliskie sercu ,,wspomnienia ,, ❤
Great show Great song. So glad to hear and see it again
what an absolute treasure this is
Loved this programe when I was kid but, never the lyrics to the theme before. The late n my all time favourite man in black put it together brilliantly. RIP big man. Xxx
Great guitar solo and facial expressions
Underrated solo...
