- In this video I breakdown everything about HellthyJunkFood from its inception to the lawsuit that we are currently in. Explaining everything along the way, calling out all of the lies told about me by JP, providing evidence in the form of text, email, contracts, posts online, and more. This channel is not about drama and will go back to its regular junk food, recipe, and foodie videos after this but THIS HAS TO BE SAID. I did not share the more extreme details of things that happened in our personal relationship as my goal is to provide the facts to get you guys to up to date on what is going on because you deserve it.

I’m so proud of you for speaking up! Idk who convinced us that “taking the high road” means you suffer in silence, never telling the truth about an abusive person while they drag your name in the mud and prey upon new victims, but we need to unlearn that. Evil THRIVES in silence, especially when it knows it won’t be challenged or held accountable in any way. When they believe you’ll never speak up for yourself, they’ll just go on a rampage of lies and turn everyone against you. It’s nonsense. You can both stand up for yourself AND take the high road by simply not returning evil for evil. You don’t stoop to their tactics but speak the impeccable truth. Truth is noble.
I agree, that’s exactly what happened to me. I’m sorry it took me a year to speak up. I took the high road and unfortunately the road it had a ton of holes.

Same thing happened to Simon and Martina (a really good foodie/travel youtube channel). Sadly they split, but martina left and Simon kept the channel. Let's just say martina kept it true to her content (foodie/travel), and became successful again, where Simon on their original channel (changing to a holistic/mindfulness channel) has little views.

What a bummer. I've seen this happen so much that I'll never commingle funds with anybody. I may leave with a broken heart but I'll never leave broke.
Commingle funds is fine. Just also still keep a separate account. My wife and I have 100k in solo accounts and 100k in joined accounts.

My finace and I have seperate finances. We plan to open a joint account once married for shared bills (rent/mortgage, utilities, savings) but also still keep our personal accounts. Our checks go in our personal accounts not the shared. We both work and I think that's the best case. Noone taking advantage of the other. Feel so bad for Julia.

Thanks for sharing! Dealing with this situation has been insane, but I truly believe that the justice system will prevail. He wants to engage in a PR battle, attempting to convince every friend of mine to disown me, but the truth is in the facts, and the repercussions will come soon.
He's one of those ex's that won't be happy with just a breakup. They want to destroy everything. They get some sick pleasure out of these types of behaviors.

Us guys are more prone to this type of entitlement to where we think we can control everything and lash out when we can't. I've been there at least (in my 20s) and trying to be better - calling out obvious toxic behavior, especially when those people can't own up to it, is awesome for everybody

I'm sorry to hear that JPs harassment forced you to remove your comment and edit your opinion so many times. It triggers me entirely as this behavior is the behavior that I finally escaped when he locked me out of my own home. If he thinks he can get you to do what he wants he is absolutely relentless. He is a monster. He told me so himself. I remember thoroughly the gaslighting and manipulation he can have over people, like he did over me. I hope he leaves you alone for good for your safety. I lived in fear for a reason, and this is a major part of it.
Absolutely stunned to see those DMs, (I paused to read all of them,) where you're constantly reaching out with compromise and support and being WAY more reasonable than he had any right to receive, and then he just blows you off.
Girl, you're too good for him. He needs to do some serious soul-searching, and I hope he gets help for whatever personal demons/frustrations he's fighting through. I don't know if you realize how bad his DM logs look for him from an outside perspective, but he comes across as a complete uncompromising jerk and you come across as someone who's responding to constant indifference and stubbornness with nothing but attempts to be level-headed and understanding and give him the benefit of the doubt.

Hi Julia. My daughter, who is a family law attorney, told me that the party who repeatedly blames the other party online or in other public forums for everything is usually the one who is lying. I had a feeling he was not being honest all this time, so thanks for posting this video to tell your side. Glad you ended it with him before it got even worse. I honestly never saw anything he ever said or posted as I didn’t follow him after he left the channel but that is awful you are still having to deal with such a grown baby and his followers attacking you still. Seems like he didn’t try to handle this in a civil way at any moment? I think real people will see his character compared to yours and those behind him probably just hate women and side against women.

From a legal standpoint as someone who’s worked in the legal industry for 25+ years, do NOT drop any of the lawsuits. Put that faith in your lawyers & let them do their job. They will zealously advocate for you even on days when you feel like you can’t do that for yourself.

I had a feeling that something was going on a while ago as i could tell the vibe of you two were off when you guys were in videos together. Im glad to see that you are fighting back against someone who is abusive but also manipulative. He reminds me of my ex when I caught her cheating. Sorry to make you emotional, it has been traumatic to live through too, and was SO HARD for me to get a handle on what was going on to garner the ability to speak up about the truths of what has been going on. I was in a marriage very similar to what youre explaining. I self controlled and kept quiet for a long time but people who were close to me knew something was wrong. Your story and your experience is identical in alot of ways to what I went through for the longest time. Everything finally came to a boiling point in early 2023 and thats when the separation came and me learning some very hurtful and heartbreaking details. I still did everything i could to protect her and protect her image even if it meant hiding the real truth from people and the hurt i was going through. Finally after over a year dealing with the separation and legal battles, the divorce was finalized and justice was finally served. Not iust for me but for my incredible son. Taking the high road was worth it and although it made things harder for a time, i feel like karma did its job and the outcome was worth it. After hearing your story I cant help but feel the same for you. The bravery it takes to speak up and especially do it on social media after people continue to attack you speaks volumes to the courage you have inside. Even though you didnt have to and you dont owe anyone on the internet anything from your personal life, I greatly appreciate you sharing your story. It helps people like me who have experienced something like this and shows that we're not so alone after all. No one is innocent, cus I'm sure they both did things to fuel the fire that burnt down the bridge. However, I don't think we have the right to judge "who is in the right" because we weren't there in this very personal and long drawn out battle.
I'm just saying it seems like he went at an accelerated pace as things kept escalating, but who knows how much she has a part to do in it either.

The court of public opinion is who he is catering to, but this is actually about who took what and when. I have proof that he did everything I said he did, and I will present that evidence to the court. On the other hand, he is not accusing me of anything in court - I mean, nothing at all. Despite all the things he is saying online, he is not making any of those claims in court. He tried to get my case dismissed based on no evidence, but the judge threw out his nonsense on Monday. Now, he has four days to file something else...

Been enjoying the recent videos and been really happy that you’ve found your footing with them! Also been following any news about the break up and was 50/50 on what people have been saying about your break up and whose side to be on until you showed the receipts. Not only was it disappointing to see how far J.P has fallen but it’s absolutely disgusting with not only how J.P let his fans bully you and how J.P also bullied you over the years. It’s become clear how J.P is a manipulator, monster, bully and lair. You’re an absolute legend for keeping the channel running and I respect that you tried to keep the peace even though you could’ve easily done the same thing he’s been doing to you and I wouldn’t have blamed you. I remember watching this channel a ton in 2016 the summer before my senior year of college and during senior year of college. The videos were great for me to unwind after a long day of school. Sad that all of this happened.
He got so lucky that you carried him this far. He sounds like a temperamental, selfish brat. Everything you have been through is so much. You don't deserve all his bullshit. At the time that person was my friend. I didn’t show the text to prove she is currently my friend. The text proves the day we broke up. It has nothing to do with friendship. That’s why I posted it because it clarifies the timeline of when we broke up.

@@iLLwpg JP is accused of stealing, yesterday Julia's lawyer, filed a questionnaire that JP must answer under oath about almost 40 huge withdrawals( some are 100K) from the biz account, since they listed dates & exacts amounts it means they know he took the money but for the court he must be on the record, he's already told the court he did quit the channel even though he lies online about not quitting, that is what this issue is about money, this whole thing about former friends is just JP trying to deflect as he always does, why does he not have a text of her being mean to him...

I didn’t put those text messages in the video to say any of those people are my friends. I put those messages in there to show people I’m being honest about dates, times, and what was said at the time. Apparently, you guys haven't noticed that I don't like drama; it drives me crazy. That's why it took me a year to respond to his relentless attacks. So when he started lying about me and making videos putting me down, any mutual friend who didn't come to me and ask for my side of the story, and just took his word for it, I simply removed myself from those people. We didn't argue or fight; there's been no bad blood. Even to this day, there's no bad blood on my part. At the end of the day, we are all adults, and the truth will come out because JP did everything he's done, even if he lies about it. JP lies a lot, and I'm pretty sure he lies to his friends the same way he lies on the internet. Just so you know, what JP says online and what he says in the lawsuit are literally the opposite.
Oh and let me show you how much he lies… his latest lies are about bank withdrawals my lawyer is questioning him about. Those bank withdrawals did NOT go to my personal accounts. The half of bitcoin that he talked me into buying I bought out of my person account. Also, he has retirement accounts just like I did. Somehow about $30k more ended up in his accounts than mine but no worries he will have to answer about that in the next batch of questionable funds that is also quite large. I won’t even bother to respond to his 300% nonsense because that’s just stupid and never happened. These are just his latest lies, idk why he tells such bold lies but it’ll all come out as the funds are easily tracked.
Friend or not, I feel like if you’re using her texts, she should be able to talk about those texts in the comments sections. I hoping you got her permission to use them. That would be the courtesy.

I could have simply stated in the video that 'we broke up in February 2022,' but JP would have denied it and provided a much later date to support his story. Instead, I used text messages to confirm my claim. They have no relevance to this business matter, neither does any of my current or other former friends. Some of them are upset with JP, but I’m not sending them to his page to argue with him. This case is strictly about business, not a high school argument as JP is trying to portray it. That's why JP was the one who mentioned the name of the person who sent those two texts I used.
People are not questioning the content of the texts or who I sent them to as no one cares because they understand why I used them. We are in the midst of a court case, a case that I am confident I will win. I know her opinion - she believes JP is right and I am wrong, and that's her prerogative. However, she, like others, are unaware of the true nature of our business finances. Therefore, there is no need to argue about it. I have evidence that I will present that in court. There is absolutely no reason for her to be upset with anything I have done, as I have done nothing to her.
To all of JP's friends and supporters, I want to reiterate: what JP says online is not what he presents in court, where it truly matters.
Whether you’re bad with money/math whatever, you never not know what’s going on financially or know what accounts have what. And if a partner is adamant about you not know or avoids questions about combined financials, consider that a BIG red flag.

Much respect to you Julia. I know the law works differently in different states, but JP might be brought up on charges when the lawsuit has been resolves. At least he should be. Fraud, money laundering being the biggest issues.

Julia your relationship story is so much like my own. My ex is controlling, has severe anger issues, and is beyond mean. I also feel like I walk on eggshells. My advice is to cut ties with everything. Make a new channel, sell everything from the old partnership, then your channel, money, equipment, cars, home, insurance, ect. are not controlled by anyone but you. Dont continue to hustle and do tons of work while JP profits off of you. If he wants money he can work, dont be his meal ticket. Get a new channel. Everyone who cares about this channel will move with you.
Love your passion to do the things you enjoy doing. Your passion will get you through this bump in the road. Looking forward to seeing what all you have to offer the channel.
