To me, the Vectra died, and P Hills had no way to go, you can hear it clearly from the onboard, that the Vectra engine loses power. Sadly these things happen in racing.
Been watching a lot of the old supertouring BTCC stuff on here which lead me to this. Looks like decent racing, but what's with the commentators in suits?!
