One issue is so many of the hitters get very hittable pitches that they keep pulling their head out. Which causes swing and miss or rolling over. They also give up on meatball pitches because they guess every pitch.

Domingo German did much better works for the Yankees than Rodon. Cashman replace Aaron Boone, remember a couple of years ago when the Philadelphia replaced the manager and won the penant. Any other manager will do better than Boone.
