Wooooow that’s a lot of work but you’re jobs are always finished on point
Excelente trabajo 👍 💯
These crew is awesome
Good job looks great
Thanks
For a 1984 singlewide with one long side facing almost due south, what material is best for a hot climate? Good insulation and traditional sheet? Or another material? The steel frame is the 'old fashioned' kind and apparently will hold quite a bit of weight (if that matters).
Thanks :)
Good insulation
at 6:38 why does he shoot a nail in at the top of the shingle not the nail line like you have allways told others to do
You only do that in the valley you would never nail like that if you was on a straight run, that is a valley trick
Actually not a trailer. Manufactured home that is towed to site, then wheels and axles are taken off. If set on good foundation and maintained, can last a long time
I agree. I own 1
How many nails per shingle
Where I live, we have to use six
@@Drewsroofingandhomerepair that’s the same amount they used for my house really interesting to watch you guys work to see the skill and what goes behind it
Thank you so much for watching. I share my videos for anybody that needs extra knowledge.
Total price for the job ? A lot of money for a what is still a trailer. Glad that i resealed my roof on my single wide for just over 300 dollars and my own labor.
I think it was somewhere around 6000
Drew would you do my roof for 5000? Single 40x12 it’s flat

@@just-looking430 Hi NOT THE BRIGHTEST BULB, I actually worked for a company that installed these . Still considered a mobile home .
@@JackBean-rd4uoit's actually not considered a mobile home unless it's made before 1977. Building standards were changed in 1976 to make a new standard called manufactured homes. Today manufactured homes are made stronger than site built homes with most having 2x6 exterior studs, they have to be stronger so they can withstand being moved. Once a manufactured home is on a permanent foundation and is attached to that foundation it becomes real property and there's no difference between it or a site built home. Next time you tell someone they don't know what they're talking about you should make sure that you do.
