I have the makita 18v blower. The good thing is when the trigger is off, it’s off. It doesn’t keep blowing ya leaves etc like my petrol one when I don’t want it to.
Tanks.....Go for the ones that have the best warranty, or talk to the Polly Pipe and Pump businesses around the place. They'll let you know which one's they have no issues with. Lawn coming along very nice young fella.

Do you have to water that topdress in after you apply it? Also I've got some bare spots in my Kik lawn, can I topdress them sections to promote the Kik to run and creep in? Cheers mate 🙌🏻
Bushman's poly tanks are excellent tanks. Most cost effective tanks per L of water are the 22500l or 5000 gallon. Or there big aqua line steel tanks are also good
Yeah; we're getting loads of rain and snow down to 200m here in Tassie with day temps at 16. I have to time it just right to cut. Either the pgr (ethephon) or the cool temps is making the grass grow slow; but it's too wet anyway for a trim and a reseed.

I’m really after some professional advice, as opposed to the handymen we have had take care of the place over the years. We are in NSW. I believe only an hour or two from where you live.
Must be good to get sent $500 plus items. All your stuff is S grade. I Gota use a flat shovel to do my edging and use a 20$ blower from China lol. The best tool in my arsenal is my push mower. But I get it down but in 20 years I'll feel it without using these man made machines.

Bushmans 15,000 Litre Domed Round Water Tank is a great tanks my friends has them on there farm.

Maybe mix about a handful of seed in for each gallon of sand and then throwing it over the bare spots

How tall should you mow kikuyu ? Especially when trying to promote more growth of some patch work?
I’d recommend around 25-30mm if you can. Better to go a bit taller when it’s repairing
