    Could be more healthy using tallow or lard instead of any seed oil. Even coconut, olive or avocado oil. Perhaps you did use one of those but you didn't mention what oil you used and you are trying to make a more healthy version so...

      Just make the sauce and not the prawns...also fry tofu instead.There is always a way to veg or vegan it up and everything else was vegan
