for the hair drawing try not to do it in clumps, hair is more flowy, you can use a reference of actual real life hairstyles don't use the blur tool, instead shade (using airbrush) with multiple shades to make a blended look, like lightest > midtone > darkest, use force fade and make sure everything is covered with no streaks if it helps, for references, when you're drawing click the "go back" button, like the one to go back to gallery, instead go to settings and enable "reference window," this way it won't get in the way of your drawing have a nice day

Don't shade with white. And use a thinner brush, don't use the blur tool.
