Hi~ just a heads up this is just things to add if you think you art is missing something. This is completely not necessary for everyone, and overall it’s just for fun.😊❤
for those who want the times: 0:11 Curve Tool 0:44 Sharp Lightsource 1:35 Texture Brush 2:30 Extra Element 3:37 DUSK n SPARKLE ✨ (optional) (aka. after affects) Im an absolute fan of your art ❤
The brief mustache during the time-lapse was pretty funny since it caught me off guard lol. Not gonna lie, I sometimes struggle with digital art because traditional art already has texture to it, so my digital art can sometimes feel a bit lifeless. And, frankly, I don't have a lot of time to spend on drawing and learning a bunch of techniques for how to make line art for every single detail in the background of a piece... I'm a fulltime student in university and I value my free time very strongly, after all!! What I'm saying is, these tips are very simple and effective, and I really appreciate how quickly you explain them. You make the idea of tackling a background much less daunting!
The extra element one is literally just a detailed background and having a composition (the "random" art looks like it's just wonderland themed). It's not a gimmick you just add at the end but at the literal starting stages so it flows right or else it'll look wrong and will definitely just look like a last moment thing.
may i request a video on how you figure out your compositions ? not just the placement of elements, but also how you decide the values and type/details of rendering for different areas.
I remember watching this when it came out; it is a really nice concept and I enjoyed watching it a lot. I thought it was gonna be popular in the few next days to weeks. Coming back to say how much it is impressive!! I really like the cute expression in the left doodle!!!
Wow your video is so organized! Condensed to 5 min, still informational, with artists tagged for examples of the techniques…. The effort, thanks for the video!! Also, Kana is best girl in my eyes…so yes you should draw her 😂😤
I love the constancy in your video just enough explaining not boring to watch and get straight to the point, right amout of details and entertaining to watch so basically your tye best at making people understand without it being boring and you do it fast love it 1+ subscriber definitely
This was so useful! i like how the video was quick, but managed to explain everything with ease, definitely useful! i will use these tips from now on, thank you for sharing this!
2:45 omg its link!! i fangirl every time i see something related to zelda in random stuff like this LOLL anyway i love ur art and ur art tips sm ure so underrated! earn a sub!
For extra detail, I mainly use it to enforce the composition and flow of the artwork, it also helps add extra depth if you think in terms of foreground midground background, which helps ground it spatially. As for what is composition and flow, that's a complicated topic in its own right.
Very clear and straight on point! I love this and these tips are helpful! (Currently working on a piece and also trying to find ways to make it eye catching.)
IF YOU'RE DOING LINE ART texture brushes are still it babe. Add them to your clean lines to give a sense of grit. If you're blocking with black, add texture or comic dots to indicate light. I personally found that thin lines on certain extremities look real nice, even if they're not for shading. And of course sparkles and dust and light effects look just as pretty in black and white and help break the monotony of the line art
I have said this before, but your videos are so helpful and informative! The editing is great and you get to share your amazing art while teaching us how to draw. Your channel has grown so much within 3 videos, and you will surely be a well known RUclipsr soon!
I absolutely love your style and all of your work. I’ve only found you recently but since then I’ve been OBSESSED with all the amazing art you’ve made! You really help me a lot through my art development and I am truly grateful that you’re posting stuff like this online for free, like girl if I could I’d pay as much and you wanted just to learn from you. I appreciate all the things you do, and love your work
Hi can u plssss do a tutorial on how you render hair I love your art style but idk how to do stuff similar especially with the hair so a tut would be helpful :)
Hi~ just a heads up this is just things to add if you think you art is missing something. This is completely not necessary for everyone, and overall it’s just for fun.😊❤

Hii! What’s your art style called or what is matchas art style called?
Can you draw kana?
could you maybe make a tutorial on how to render artworks? i think your videos are very informative and i’ve been trying to learn how to render :]
yes, i'd love one on their composition as well.
yessss! I have no idea how to render and I always end up layering random colors on top of eachother for hair or something 😔😔
@@takami_0710 same i do that aswell or just blend in the most random damn colours
Omg same ! I’ve watched many videos but they do not actually explain 🥲
Yes omg this is my biggest problem! I’m so much better at doing line work than the actual painting process 😭😭
I didn't notice the umbrella before you added the texture brush lol
Haha, the face is too distracting i assume XD
@@shuen_art wow it's an honour to be liked by a channel with so many subscribers and such skill
Omg same

Don’t think we can’t notice the little mustache you added in for a second at 4:52!

Your comment made me realise that this is why my art looks "too clean" i should use texture brushes from now on
Tysm for such useful tips! The curves tool is definitely a lifesaver, it can really make the colors in your work more atmospheric!
It truly is a lifesaver indeed
