The fish maw we are used to is deep fried, that’s why it puffs up like sponge, like when you deep fry pig skin. The premium fish maw is fresh, that’s why it’s good!
can i just suggest maybe can add logo/graphic info if the outlet is halal certified, muslim owned, vegan friendly and things like that.. would also be nice to have a price scale (1 $ for very affordable, 2 $$ for moderate, 3 $$$ for very expensive) and also accessibility/map.. would help esp for us who are not from Singapore.. thank you..
We thought about this but to be honest, it adds way too much work on our crew, they probably have to OT a lot more - but such info is usually availabe online or already mentioned in the video! But thanks for suggestion!
Guys. The fish maw is premium fish maw. 花胶. It's more collagen like cos its not deep fried like your typical fish maw. The crunchy stuff is also not fish maw. It's bamboo pith..

To u it’s fake, but it’s real laughter, cause there r things we joke that is not suitable for camera, so the laughters from those are the remnants of the joke that u don’t get to see due to editing. So calm ur tits, live and laugh a little
