Despite seemingly popular opinion, this really isn't a bad game: it's actually one of the better "second tier" versus fighters on the SNES. It's loaded with some really excellent sound and graphics, and the gameplay is pretty intuitive and smooth. Not a bad showing, especially from an increasingly irrelevant Sunsoft by the mid 90s. Or from Blizzard, who had yet to create their golden ticket, Diablo.
+Spike Riley I certainly would agree, but I think it'd be unfair to try to compare this to a PS3 game to begin with. They're a bit far removed from one another. But for Blizzard, I'm only going by what I remember. I mean, Warcraft 2 was really popular when it came out but it was still pretty niche. Diablo was Blizzard's first game that I seem to recall bring something of a cultural phenomenon. Everybody knew it, PC gamers and otherwise. I loved both, but damn did Diablo push my Pentium 75 to its limit :D
Nice to see a playthrough where you actually use the special attacks to add variation and excitement to the battles. I grew up with this game and came to RUclips looking for old videos for some nostalgia, but all I could find were people playing this on the easiest difficulty and doing nothing but basic jump kicks and throws. They're all boring but I greatly enjoyed this.

this game looks great and has a lot of charm, unfortunately it feels like it was rushed and its potential was wasted. a few more characters, and some improvements in a few things could have made this into an awesome game.
Flash it's so broken in this game lol you can trap the opponent in a corner with the multiple punches special move to make him dizzy and repeats the move until you win
I was a DC guy growing up, but I remember disliking this game as I feel it is a little underdeveloped compared to its contemporaries - the movements are heavy and the music is a little bland. Still, it's nice to go back and see the game in all its original "glory". Thank you so much for the upload.

The snes version is tolerable, the mega drive is just gross.
For its time, this was great.

Pérez era Wonder Woman and Cheetah (w/ a slight Deodato Jr. bend?) makes this unique.
