It’s sounds like you may be using UK terms. I’m not sure. The weight of yarn I used was a #4 medium weight yarn and I used about 500 yards to make this for a medium size 😊 if you need it to be a larger size you may need more yarn 😊☮️💙🎶
I am glad you like it! This is the first skirt I have put on RUclips and have more coming up! This pattern could definitely work for a longer skirt if you use more full sized squares, And if you would like it to be flat on the bottom you can always make four more half squares and sew them onto the bottom just as you would on the top then you can choose weather or not you want to add the fringe!
