    WORKOUT DETAILS:
    ➡️ Duration: 10 Minutes
    ➡️ Intensity: Sweaty 💧
    ➡️ No Equipment
    ➡️ 30 Sec Work, 5 Sec Rest
    ➡️ You'd be burning an average of 100-200 calories depending on your weight, body composition and exercise intensity.
    I suggest doing at least 5 min warm up before this workout and 5 min stretching after.

      Well ya Yana is amazing with her exercise she makes hers look less intense and more natural but I still like how the new girl does it too but ofcourse Yana style always the best
