I hope she recorded the clips of each cat in the order she played them, or at least with LuLu, DD, and MoMo last, so that TT didn't have to roll around in a catbox

My cats like to roll in the dirt, a lot of cats do its called dust bathing. Nobody knows for sure the reason why, whether its to mark their territory, helps them cool down, scratching parts of their body they cannot normally reach or it could be like you said pure enjoyment and she just likes it.

When I was a little kid my parents set me up an outside sandbox to play in. It was fun, until our farm cats discovered it. I quickly lost interest with playing in the sand. LOL

We bought our new Nebelung (Long haired Russian Blue) kitty some "sWheat Scoop" brand cat litter made from wheat and corn mix. We poured it in the box and placed kitty in box...and she proceeds to eat it!! LOL It's all natural, just wheat ...and smells like fresh-baked bread!

I believe claire let TT play with sand first, because she knew TT would love to play with sand. And let other cats play with sand later, becuase she knew they will use it as toilet XD. I'm so touched by how she knew all of her cat's liking and their possible reaction on things, that takes lots of time for someone to study on their cats or any other pets in general to achieve that.

Marking their territory? I've heard that that's why some cats will immediately hop in the box after their human has finished cleaning it, especially if they live in multi-cat households.
