- Hello everyone! Today, we are doing a HUGE declutter, discussing fragrances that I gave away upon moving. All of these fragrances have since been decluttered!

getting rid of a fragrance that reminds you of a certain (negative) time or person is so so real all the memories flood back
i wish more brands offered testers along the bottles like that one you showed in case you don't like the fragrance or simply to be able to travel with it without having to decant it. to me it feels like they're thinking of the customer when they do that instead of simply making a profit, especially because in many countries you can't return a product after it's been opened. honestly the lack of samples and also the lack of good/customisable discovery sets (for example, there's a couple replica fragrances I'd like to try, but they aren't in any of their sets. they're all variations of the same 6 fragrances and there is no option to customise a set) is what's keeping me from buying fragrances, especially the niche ones that aren't available to smell in a store. and even those i rarely buy because it seems no one is giving out samples anymore and i want to be able to wear it for a couple days before i purchase to make sure it works for me. like, I'm sorry, but at the prices of some of these fragrances, you can't convince me that the mark up isn't huge (especially the luxury brands that also sell makeup and skincare. i may be a newbie when it comes to fragrance, but they can't fool me in those other categories) and that they can't spare to give out 2ml samples. then again, this is ultimately good for my wallet, i guess 😅
I completely agree! Arielle Shoshana did it as well when I bought Monday, but beyond that it’s a rare case!
It’s nice to for both consumers and brands to help blind buyers not have to stick with their products !

Love it, I actually just went through my collection yesterday & decided to do a love it only type of declutter…now I don’t know what to do with the ones I don’t love 😅
Not huge on gourmand but I love rice and salt fragrances which I think count as more salty gourmand.

EVERY perfume has the potential to trigger a headache for me 😂Even the light ones. So I totally get what you mean. Definitely a very personal thing for those who suffer from headaches.

I love Nouvelle Vague! I got a sampler of it and it was lovely
the pain of losing the Daisy cap is REAL lol I hate to say it but I would do the same thing. The cap is so much of it's appeal haha
I have the same problem with Nouvelle Vague. It doesn’t go awful on me - it just goes “fine.” Which is an improvement since my skin hates coconut, but still….

There was a twitter account that had some CONCERNING and frankly.. awful tweets. It’s all deleted now, but it appeared to allegedly be run by the founder. They have wiped the internet clean of evidence and threatened every creator who would talk about it with lawsuits. Allegedly. :)

totally understand the daisy one. I broke the wings of the bees on my marc jacobs honey perfume, cause i accidentally forgot it in my backpack and I just sold the bottle and bought a new one 😄

Just curious- if something doesn't sit right on your skin (like Nouvelle Vague) would you still wear it if you sprayed on your clothes? I hear we're not supposed to spray on our necks due to alcohol and drying of the skin, so just wanted to see opinions on that
That’s a good point, the thing is that when I have so many other fragrances that I love, sometimes it’s not worth trying haha. But yes, clothing doesn’t heat up naturally like your skin does so the performance is different.
Do you sell them somewhere? I am dying for Ambrosia Imperial it’s just so expensive!

Hey, i just got introduced to your channel. it's good. But, i just wanted to give a few perfume to my gf. Can you suggest a few? she doesn't like spicy or too woody of a fragrance.. a sweet or gourmand would do.. but any other that gave you the most compliment would also do..❤
Bianco Latte is my biggest compliment getter!❤ it’s a vanilla caramel scent!

Not all of them! I mostly decluttered these locally. It’s hard with giveaways since my followers are mainly US-based but I can’t legally ship perfume across the border🫠🫠🫠
