    Notice any power difference ??

    • @ryanstaysloaded
      @ryanstaysloaded  Месяц назад

      @@TripleRTruckAutoLeasing cooler exhaust temps from the manifold. Yes absolutely. About 100° cooler on pulls. Turbo seemed to spool quicker. Quicker response. The power change, no. Because my truck was deleted and had a tune with a bit of power already. But performance from the PDI stuff was there with response and temps. I currently have a DD15 with the PDI big boss tuner and have seen a good power increase from that.
      28psi of boost stock to 35 psi of boost on power mode.

      Hope any tips & tricks help. I sold the pete. But you can find me on tik tok under the same name Ryan Stays Loaded. I roll a freightliner with my 48ft flatbed now

    I commend you bro, it's rare to see a man willing to get his hands dirty with his equipment. See too many guys waiting at the TA/Petro, just to have a mud flad replaced or head light changed, smh.

      Shoulda met me at the Petro in sparks when I pulled off the air filter and valve cover and was cleaning my Jake brake actuators. Did the turbo swap in a truck stop in Colorado 🤘 gotta keep her running and workin bro, or else the money isn’t coming!! Thank you very much man 🤙🤙

      @@ryanstaysloaded, I hear that, I replaced the compressor in Oklahoma on i35 at the casino, 😂. It was 10° outside, took all day because my hands kept getting numb but saved the road call etc. Even convinced the girl at the casino to give me a ride to okc for the compressor, 😂. Shop rates will empty a wallet quickly. Stay safe brother

      It got over hauled at 569k. Then it needed an overhaul at 994k when I sold it. Unfortunately I never took it to a million. The new owner rebuilt it and it’s running reefer loads now for E. Garza

    What do you think about pdi tuner on Cummins

    • @ryanstaysloaded
      @ryanstaysloaded  11 месяцев назад +1

      My Cummins was deleted. But it woke my DD15 up. So I’m sure it’d kick the ISX in the pants. Worth it in my opinion. Don’t delete emmission. Just use pdi tuner and max mileage from Pittsburgh power

    • @ryanstaysloaded
      @ryanstaysloaded  11 месяцев назад

      A PP tune would be good too. But then you don’t have a tuner monitor

      Sorry i never replied. I deleted this truck after a little bit of owning it. But if you still run emissions I recommend this liquid: Google: Pittsburgh power: max mileage catalyst

    • @lakwanwilliams4621
      @lakwanwilliams4621 8 месяцев назад

      @@ryanstaysloaded how it run after the delete? Mine ended up blowing up a year or so after delete and a whole bunch of other work (mains rods, oil pump, cam ) thinking about getting a 2020 x15 but don’t know if I should delete or keep emissions

    • @ryanstaysloaded
      @ryanstaysloaded  8 месяцев назад +1

      @@lakwanwilliams4621 keep the emissions and use Pittsburgh power max mileage catalyst liquid. It keeps everything super clean. 800k miles on trucks without ever doing parked regen. Don’t delete because EPA is cracking down harder and harder.
      After the delete my truck ran 200° cooler on EGT. But it still dropped another liner after 400k of delete. When deleting you have to make sure coolant is running from water pump back to cylinder #5&6 to keep it cool. Where it flows through the EGR.
      But new emissions trucks are pretty good with their systems now. I wouldn’t be worried about anything 2016 or newer. My cascadia is 2019 and it’s really reliable.

      @@ryanstaysloaded10-4 I hear you. Yeah I heard the newer emissions are more solid, my 386 was a 2014.. it started having blow by to after delete.. but man with that delete it pulled better, more horsepower . Can you tune up these x15 Cummins without deleting so it’s runs stronger?

    Let me know how this works out please. I just bought another truck with the 565 Cummins with the PDI system and Big Boss turbo but haven't got to run it yet. Curious where fuel mileage lands. Thanks.

    • @ryanstaysloaded
      @ryanstaysloaded  3 года назад +1

      Nice score! Nice purchase! My truck is an ISX 15, that has been tuned so it’s hard to compare to an ex 15 with 565. I think my tune was somewhere around 600 because I would always run a little faster up the hills than my buddy with the 605/2050 x15. But I didn’t really see a fuel mpg increase but with the exhaust manifold from PDI I did see more bottom end torque. The truck was more willing to get up and go from the slower speeds with less throttle in it. My exhaust temperatures dropped about 50 to 100° depending on speed I was running. So EGT‘s were lower, and bottom end torque gain was noticeable. But I always ran pretty fast… About 75 mph everywhere. So if your mileage wasn’t what I was going for, and I didn’t see any gains. Maybe .1 to .3 mile per gallon if any gain here and there.
