You forgot the peppers. Can't have a philly without peppers! I have this griddle and so far love it! Cooked 14 smash burgers to perfection for a family gathering. Haven't done cheesesteaks yet but will soon! Burgers, teppanyaki, breakfast, and cheesesteaks!
Who has a cheese steak with no, peppers, mayo, ketchup & a lil' mustard? I'm a Philly native. Some of the best cheese steaks/hoagies are definitely in North Philly, Germantown/W. Oak lane and West Philly. I found a place called Larry's in West Philly who makes cheese steaks so thick and meaty, you really have to map it out how you're going to demolish that creation. 🤗
@@kiki1965 I'm just a guy from Ohio who's never been to Philly but you gotta have onions, peppers, steak, cheese at minimum. I love mayo on mine and ketchup but I've never done mustard. I like it just never wanted it too much like a burger but maybe I'll try that!
@@buckeye25osu Don't feel bad. You've done better in Ohio than they do here in NYC where I've some 30 yrs now. I love that spicy Gulden's brown mustard. Just a drop. You're giving me great ideas for my new 22" electric grill. Wish I had that backyard space. Just small apartment... 🙄
The side tables do get very hot so I keep my prep items further to the edges. The grill can warp but it goes back to shape as it cools down. It’s been pretty manageable.
Thanks! I prefer mine not toasted but different strokes for different folks. My wife is from the Philly area and she swears I’ve got the flavor down other than not having any amoroso rolls. Lol
You mentioned the word "grill"at least once. Arent you technically trying that food, the same as in a pan on the stove? What's the benifit of that over doing it inside on the stove? How hard is that thing to clean? Pleasexdo a video on that.
I don’t believe I said grill but actually the word “griddle”. The big benefit to doing this on a griddle is the smoke and the easy cleanup outside. It’s very very easy to clean. Just heat it up after done eating and use water and a scraper and then re-apply oil to bake in a new protective coating. I use it all the time.
Every restaurant kitchen in America uses a flat-top "griddle". They just call them grills. We call the ones at home griddles so as to not be confused with grills with grates. But they are in fact a grill.
I just bought mine today. Going to put it together tomorrow and season it. First cook will be stir fry. I had a Blackstone 22inch for 3 years but it is just too small for a family of 4.
It’s made by Griddle Guard. I have it in my Amazon store in the video description. It’s around 90 bucks or at least it was when I bought it. I love it!
I was reading reviews on a specific griddle and one of the reviews mentioned how with each use more of the Teflon was flaking off which kind of turned me off from buying that model. I was just wondering if this model that you use has Teflon and if so, if you’ve noticed any teflon flaking off?
How is the Members Mark Griddle holding up? I worry about warping since there is no bracing under the griddle top. I currently have a 22inch Blackstone, but need to get something bigger. thanks.
If you're worried about the grill warping all you need to do is get some angle iron and have it welded to the bottom it will help but It's not a guarantee it will stop it from warping Blackstone still Warp though.
You got to put a one on it LOL once you do you'll never stop. And make sure you get the A1 from Sam's Club you cannot beat their price for two bottles. Hell we even put it on French fries mixed in with ketchup sometimes.

did you have a problem with the side tables getting too hot or any warping of the griddle?
The side tables do get very hot so I keep my prep items further to the edges. The grill can warp but it goes back to shape as it cools down. It’s been pretty manageable.
Looks awesome! That griddle seems to be performing great for you👍
I’ve been loving it! Cheers, Bobbi!
Very nice video. Provolone cheese is awesome as well. Toast those rolls a bit😊. Great video!!!

Looks amazing! Thanks for another great video!
Thank you! I appreciate the complement for sure!
Mine is getting put together now. Love the videos 👍👍
Oh, you are gonna have a great time with it. Apparently some folks have had warping issues but mine has been fine.
So fascinating to watch you cook on that and looks SO yummy!! Looks just like an authentic Philly!
Thanks, Tink! Yes, we love to have philly cheesesteaks around here. Especially when my wife grew up outside of Philadelphia. Cheers!
Where did you het your cover from?
Nice hat Dude! Those Cheesesteaks looked delicious. I have a Blackstone griddle its nice but your greese trap makes more sense.
Thanks! I got the hat from this one du… oh yeah lol! Cheers!
Looks great man I can almost taste em'.
I need to make them sometime when you’re over here. I still need to get you to try the most unhealthy burger of all time lol!
Looks like you got a lid for it? What brand and where did you buy it?
Griddle guard. I love it!
I did the same
man that looked really good brotha man
They were incredibly good! Cheers, bro!
Does your lid come with the griddle or after market?
Aftermarket cover from Griddle Guard.
Looks so good not to undo the video but mix 1 2 3 on the spices spg and the bread just warm the inside enuff for the cheese to grab and wahla❤

Which metal cover did you buy and how is it holding up?
Griddle guard. It’s holding up well!
Just seasoned my Members Mark griddle. Breaking it in with Bacon smash burgers for the game later. Gotta have some mushrooms on that Philly!! LOL

Hi, does this member’s mark griddle have a Teflon coating? Or is it a solid steel surface?
I was reading reviews on a specific griddle and one of the reviews mentioned how with each use more of the Teflon was flaking off which kind of turned me off from buying that model. I was just wondering if this model that you use has Teflon and if so, if you’ve noticed any teflon flaking off?
It is just an iron griddle. You create the protective coat by baking on some vegetable oil. I season mine after every cook. No Teflon at all. Cheers!
@@TheBrewQ Thanks for the info! I appreciate it!

It’s holding up well so far. It does warp some when it gets reeeeeaaaal hot but it goes back to its shape afterwards just fine.

I just put my Members Mark together today and it has angle welded to the bottom of the griddle.
They must have had too many returns. Mine doesn’t have angle iron but it seems to be ok
Gotta be good when kitty approved. Meat frozen when sliced? like the slicer gadget.
Yep! Kitties love it too lol. Freezing the meat makes it super easy to slice nice and thin. Cheers!
Damn. Thought some snoop dog was about to start playing at the very beginning
Almost! 😂
Looks awesome, but where's the fried peppers. 🤣🤣
I didn’t have any lol
No mayo??
Lol no way
Gotta have lettuce tomato mayo bro but I’ll take what’s on your plate no question about it
Man, you fix it up however it makes you happy lol. Thanks for watching!
Add a little A1 bold and that's $$$$
On a Philly? Never tried that.

No shrooms or peppers 🤔
Whatever is your fancy. I personally dislike mushrooms lol.
