I have a Members Mark also and I agree with your review wholeheartedly👍. No water to clean as it seems to be self cleaning, very little in the trap, easy trap removal from the front which makes it so thaI can put it up against the wall of my house on the deck and the leveling is key. Thanks for sharing.
Ive had mine for over three years now and really enjoy it. maybe there's something different in the flat top because warping is something that I have been dealing with. The center sags a bit and the grease pools. Great review and thank you for the info on the shields.

I want to line up my cooking equipment on the outside edge of my patio like yours... does the rain affect it ?
As you can see in my videos, I keep my griddle covered. All of the rest ot the equipment is not covered. I never have any issues with rain or weather.
What wind guards did you get?
