Not ram 1500. It's the Pro Master; which is a Fiat van. At least you'll have someplace to sleep when you break down on the side of the road

I agree that they should remove the floor step. I agree that the cushions should be simpler on the couch/ bed. I love the size of this. I love the rear bath. I love the light colors of the interior. I wish it was offered with lithium batteries and more solar. I do not like generators and I’m scared of propane. Thanks for the review!

Had a headache all day but Matt playing mattress Tetris gave me a much needed laugh. We feel exactly the same about #vanlife! Great for SOMEONE ELSE.
Likes: lighter/sleek finishes look great, did the best they could with storage, couch/office space/dining with the lagoon table nice and open, kitchen very functional
Dislikes: cassette toilet 🤢, the bed cushion situation (I actually like the use of space) is RIDICULOUS, propane connection on the driver’s side

In the 80s the vans with similar floor plans had a sofa where the back just flips over and the bed is ready. That couch designer must have been smoking something when they designed all those cushions 🤣😁😳

I'd like this for small trips. Having a stove, sink, micro, a little storage, bathroom and shower makes small trips very convenient. Plus, being a small class B, touring cities and other tight places, well...this brings all of the things I mentioned with you. Again, I can see the benefits.

I always watch Matt and Andrea reviewing the tiny B's. It's hilarious to see Matt trying to be neutral when reviewing an RV he hates. Puzzle cushions, tiny potty, swivel seats designed by Rube Goldberg. I'm 6'2" so this one wouldn't be for me.

There is a place for this, it is cute. We got rid of our class B as the lack of space and setting up the bed every time and taking it down was a pain. But sometimes I miss it, though, as it was pretty convenient.

As a solo traveler I think it would be great. It’s super compact.
    Like the size
    Like the amount of storage.
    Like the cassette toilet
Dislike the generator as compared to a lithium pack.
Dislike the bed length because I’m 6’2 😂.
Dislike the cushions but I’d probably ditch them anyhow.
Despite what ya say Matt I could live in it as a solo traveler. Little overpriced even on a good deal. A used one maybe more affordable. I like it and as a guy I could live solo in it. ✌🏼

Enjoyable review but, like most of the reviews, you don't review drivability. My use of a Class B (and most Class B buyers I imagine) is to travel a lot on the road. The amenities are important but not more so than drivability. How does 3 or 4 hundred miles in it make you feel? How comfortable (and adjustable) is the seat and steering wheel? What about Adaptive Cruise Control (VERY important to me!)? Milage? I know you are not big fans of Class Bs but for those of us that are.........

I have the same van. Van cost 44,000 build, about another $10,000. I have a garage space. Full size bed(fixed) ref/freezer, fresh and gray water. A pop up shower, toilet, sink, electrical out let to the outside. Inverter, solar panel. Portable stove (not built in)
Basically I have everything here except the microwave and wasted space for a a full bath. It's pretty but overpriced.

This van is for weekend or day trips , traveling with kids. Apparently Thor just carried over the 2022 with no improvements, except what appears to be more storage in the rear compartment. They should have offered an opening kitchen window, and a small slide for the bed. Nice little van for what it does. The cup holder/ arm rest should flip down, still looks like a cheap add on. Cassette toilet makes sense and should be optional in other vans like the Travato . Shouldn’t have to dump tanks if you go out for a day or a short trip . Hope they improved quality, the 2022, had a lot of bad customer reviews

Class B is a Tetris of configuration for each different use. I am glad that Matt is not getting hit by the bike carrier. #vanlife Tetris bed is great if you get stranded in route and have to park for the night. Trailer hitch would be great to have a little cargo trailer following along. 2021 chassis, 2023 RV to be sold in 2022…Tetris years. I would rather use my own plastic potty chair than use the public job site porta potty, which are also plastic. Nice seeing how Matt is safe climbing the ladder. Thank you for sharing and have a great day. #vanlife

HUUUUGE dislike for being a 2023 model year but on the 2021 chassis. Come on Thor!! Dodge made huge upgrades to the infotainment, safety systems and the gearbox in 2022. My guess is this is leftover stock of 2021's and the 2022+ chassis are in short supply still, but dang! The 2022 Rize on the Thor site is still the main one shown and MSRP is $83,700. Disappointing this is the same thing without the updated chassis and it's still $21,000 higher.

  • @BradWilson1969

This looks like the compact version of my favorite Class B, the Sequence 20K. I love the idea of a super compact Class B, so I really want to like this, but I just can't. I could deal with the small fridge and limited storage, but that bed is just too small. I'm only 5'11", but if it's that cramped for Matt, there's no way it would work for me. Kudos to Thor for doing something different though.
Edit: Just made it to the end of the video. I don't want to carry the waste either, but I'd rather have a cassette toilet than have precious space taken up with a black tank. Pros and cons. 😎

I think there is a need for a small van like this, for exactly the reasons stated in this video. I’ve slept in my pick up truck…. But not anymore.
    The price point is great
    Easy handling
    Great on fuel
It’s all small but you get a bathroom, kitchen and sleeping area
Bad idea with the bike rack. I hit my head reaching for storage under my class A slide out. That would kill me quick.
The bed cushions. With all the industry engineers that’s the best they can do? Seriously?
    Not enough storage.
Thank you for another good video. I love to see Matt worked up over these, and I don’t blame him

Could Thor do a JackKnife bead instead of a Tetris?
And, is there a way the lagoon table might have a storage place when not in use?

We are not a big fan of the “wet bath” where you shower on top of the toilet. We’ve seen one class B van design that has a swivel shower wall that covers the toilet and sink when you shower. Then you swivel back to use the sink and toilet. Very smart design!!!! We wish more class B vans would adopt this shower/toilet design. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a great RV for someone who travels alone or with a dog, likes to park on streets in the city while touring, wants the small footprint in parking lots and good gas mileage. As for the driver's view in the front, look at most bus style RVs and you cannot see the front hood, and even the Thor Vegas and Axis have similar views. I don't think this is a negative unless you want a truck style like a class C. I have had several class A from 28 to 37 foot long and finally went to a Class C seven years ago and now and finding I don't want to two anything behind me. This seems very good for my needs. As for the cassette toilet, I am having to think outside what I am used to with a black tank; however, one thing that makes me think I will like this is the last miles of any journey on my way home. I always try to use the restroom just before leaving the final campground because I will have no place to dump when I get home. This will be much better as I can simply dump this in my home toilet which gives me comfort in knowing I can s=use the restroom without worry of where I can dump after that last five to eight hour drive home. That's a good reason for the cassette,

  • @michaelsmith9308

Matt said it BEST......the bed should be a SLEEPER sofa .like what's in most truck campers......simply just fold over..(I agree should be able sleep one person) two would be an option.............size here is a priority to some:) Now if the sale price or show price was about 59,000-69,000 this would be SWEET!

This van as a tow behind for a motorcoach. Day trips all day.

They should've done that hinged, rotating back, couch. The back sort of rolls forward and down to make a bed. I don't know what they're called. They're in a lot of 5th wheel toy haulers. In the garage section.

We were thinking of a small class b that fits in a regular parking space so that we could leave it while we board and travel on the retirement sail boat...once i can retire :) We so appreciate that you guys are the only ones i have seen that play bed tetris to show us how the beds work in these small rv's...

I would rather have a fold down bunk bed above the couch even if I had to lose the cabinets above the couch. Then you could leave out the sliding bed and just make it a couch.

Matt, always watch you and Andrea. (Let me offer a personal note. You mentioned you had IBS. I'm not a doctor, but my sister was diagnosed with IBS in 2013, and because she thought she knew what it was, she dismissed her symptoms, partly because she was young. She finally had a colonoscopy because symptoms got worse, and in 2015 she discovered she had Stage IV colon cancer. She has fought the cancer almost 7 years, and, sadly, her fight looks like it may come to an end in the next few days. She's now at hospice. Colon cancer is almost 100% curable if caught early. But if you wait, it's a different story. My sister's doctor did her no favors by diagnosing her with IBS. Because of her situation, I thought I would suggest you have a colonoscopy if you haven't already. It's the gold standard. I don't want to alarm you, but be SURE it really is IBS.)

Love these videos. You guys do an incredible job, very thorough, upbeat, high quality video, and do it while improvising. Most of us viewing have done some level of sales all our lives, few get close to your level. (Definitely not me!)
Need radio mikes, noise cancelling, when that tech makes its way to this medium-high level of equipment. The pro-sumer level of tech has always been that industry's red-headed stepchild--advances go first to high-volume consumer products and high-margin pro equipment. Mid level is updated last!
