Still, we're far more connected to the ocean and marine life than "normal" fish eaters who are unlucky and have to get their food at the supermarket.

Last week I found a Monster snapper hooked up on a long line that had been snapped off from the beach the night before. Ol' man snapper dead and entangled. Not to mention damage to by catch that doesn't exist in fishing with a speargun.

fish will die, all went wrong, he could have catched it with one buoy
The sharks got that fish within 15 minutes and the locals will be stoked if that buoy washes up on shore.
