2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp salt
1 & 11/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 large fresh egg
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
Sugar coating:
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cinnamon
