I am trying to show the connection between movement of knees and elbows.

I made this a long time ago. I was trying to illustrate how the movement of the knees and the elbows connected to each other. The movement doesn't start with the elbows and knees, but when done properly there is definitely a connection.

That's a great video! Did you manually edit in the lines or use some computer vision program?

I used an app about 10 years ago It was a lightsaber app that required you to add the lines every frame. I am sure there are better ways to do it now.
