  • Colorado will also change to increase penalties for repeat offenders and add language that includes those who both knew they were in a stolen vehicle or should have reasonably known.

I spoke with a police officer months before this video and he had said that most vehicles stolen are used to commit other crimes which is why we need to take prosecution of such crimes seriously. Also, we need to pay attention to the judges that we elect into office. Right now judges in the metro area are letting these thieves off with just a slap on the wrist. This office said that he was assaulted while attempting to stop a vehicle from being stolen and the end result was that the judge let this guy off with just a fine. That is insane to me.......

Being tough on crime might have had a higher incarcerated population but we are also one of the most populated nations in the world. And if you take away those who are not citizens in our prison system the number actually looks a little bit better.

They don’t have to worry about prosecution because the police are running extortion rackets and making and performing stupid songs instead of enforcing laws. For the four years I lived in Dolores, CO from
8/2018 to 8/2022 Oceanside PD and Cortez PD ran broadcast in extortion rackets via illegal surveillance equipment, directional speakers and voice over power line communications where ac motors are used as speakers. A crooked Oceanside cop illegally installed a tracking device on my vehicle in Colorado and tried to have me carjacked five times the Montezuma County Sheriffs argued their way out of taking a police report.

You make a note you place on the driver window that says no battery in Spanish. And every night you take your battery out and carry it in the house with you. I've done that for years so the battery won't die during cold weather. Also to not have to have full coverage insurance you can't steal a vehicle that has no battery. Or you can remove the ground strap from the battery so it's there but the negative ground cable is gone they can't steal a car with no ground strap on the battery.
