    I would've liked to watched this full video, but at 19 minutes I shut it off, due to the unnecessary, tacky & disrespectful profanity. Cussing isn't cool, rather it shows a lack of creativity, insecurity, & trying to make up for shortcomings.

      Cussing aside, would the information be valuable to you/improve your fitness? Being unable to hear words you don't like will lead to missing out on a lot.

      @@tyleredwards1988 I agree with you thank you for your kind comment, yes I hate to miss out on such valuable knowledge and education just because I'm having trouble stomaching the profanity. My comment was to hopefully encourage the content creator that he doesn't need to use profanity to sound cool, I wanted to remind him in a nice way that cussing sounds the opposite of wise, classy, educated or intelligent.
