1. where can you get these motors and accessories for them ? 2. And how do the two motors know when they have to do left, right, up, down, or more together? Thanks for the info, lg thomas
Salvaged those wiper motors from a junkyard. Now I replaced them with industrial motors. The motors and potentiometer are connected to the games telemetry via simtools and arduino Lots of diy videos, but hard project to be honest
perfect job.... really RESPECT ( Mashallah ) nice design and clean finishing i need to do my motion simulator and i don't have any solution either windows wipers motors BUT i have many questions about them: - is it has enough torque to handle this heavy weight above it ? - can i use any car wiper motor or i should use specific model ? - is it fast enough to response on fast moves in the game ? Thank you in advance
They're ok but if you can get industrial dc motors or at least new motors, it would be better. I was amazed by the results but now 2 motors are down and the 3rd is still working but it has a bit different design and build quality.
@@anthony56564 This is the thing that made me hesitate, really this is a frustrating thing, I live in Syria, and as you know, it is very difficult to obtain such things under our current circumstances. Try getting mercedes 190 that are bigger than those I used. Coupled with thie lightest chassis you can build, and it should be perfect. But yeah it's not an easy project. Check my other videos on my channel, I think you'll enjoy.

Awesome! I'm thinking about building it too. I have a question, do you know the specifications of your engine? o Do you have the characteristics of your engine?
Brother, it's really impressive. Can u share the Arduino code (sketch), connections/ wiring diagram for this sim. I also want to build the same. Thanks
I’m currently trying to learn how to build one of these myself, the programming side will be the hardest for me and what parts I should actually use. How much roughly did it cost you?
Check Dmax channel on youtube and check xsimulator.net site. Surely they will help big time. Regarding the cost, mine was unbelievably cheap 😂 but that's because I used all sort of scraps, and now the motors are not working well.
Hello friend and great job. Can you tell me a question about the windshield wiper motors. I just want to know if I have to take them apart and modify something or is it simply not necessary? In a forum they told me no but in some videos I see that they dismantle it. Thank you and I hope your answer
can someone help explain the picture at 0:21 for me? very very new to mechanical electronics. i've coded a lot before but i have never worked with real wires and hardware before. i've never even owned a breadboard. i know the unit in the bottom left is an arduino uno, but what are the two other units (top left and top right in the box), and what are they controlling?

The 2 other boards are dc motors drivers boards. They control the speed and direction of the motors and manage the higher voltage and current loop.
