Hello, thanks for the video. I had the same problem. After opening the base of the machine, I first measured the thermostat for current flow. Nothing on the display. Then I wiggled the connections while it was installed and measured again. The device showed current flow, so I reinstalled the base and tested the machine. It worked as usual again and there was no need to change the thermostat. But to be on the safe side, I ordered a new thermostat. It has to be an opener. So when it's cold, the circuit is closed. When the temperature is reached, the circuit is opened and the current flow is interrupted. For a corresponding model, simply search for "temperature switch 150° 250V 10A".
Hello, you can see in the video the part number, I have filmed it. I´ve buy it on "eaglebay". But with a small inconvinient, i think that the part I´ve ordered was cheap made and not the original oane and didn´t make the mascine to work on the desired temperature, an it needet over 10 minuter to make one koffee. so Ive endet dismanteling an oder coffemaschine and took this thermocoupler from it(it was with 20 degree C higher), and now it works just fine. I hope it helped.

Dann habe ich im eingebauten Zustand an den Anschlüssen gewackelt und dann wieder gemessen. Das Gerät hat einen Durchfluss angezeigt, also habe ich den Boden wieder montiert und die Maschine getestet. Sie hat wieder wie gewohnt funktioniert und es war nicht nötig, den Thermostat zu wechseln. Zur Sicherheit habe ich aber einen neuen Thermostat bestellt. Es muss ein Öffner sein. Also im Kalten Zustand ist der Stromkreis geschlossen. Beim Erreichen der Temperatur wird der Stromkreis geöffnet und somit der Durchfluss unterbrochen. Für ein entsprechendes Modell einfach nach „Temperaturschalter 150° 250V 10A“ suchen.
I had the same problem. BUT when I bent the terminals of the thermostat back and forth all of a sudden it got continuity again. Not sure if its a lasting fix so far it still works ☺ Thanks for the vid.
thank you for the video, I run with a problem today, i heard like explosive (boom) sound once I turnd on the power, and no light showing on the ON/off or display. I think I hit with a fuse issue? I don't know, i am contacting the company for repair since its part of their policy. i hope it is. we will see. great machine, served me for three years.

It sound as ia short circuit... it`s usually the waterheater coil, and the fuse also.
