- I bought the 7 year old machine for € 80 on ebay. All parts that were changed cost about 40 €. After this complete restoration, the coffee machine can be used for many years.

World will be better with specialist like you ! Keep going don’t stop.
I just did what I thought was a "deep clean" on my Magnifica S this weekend. I should have watched this first!
Thanks a lot! Great video which created my delonghi repair more easier and now work perfectly again! Thanks!
Thanks very muck for making this video. I've always decayed when needed, but had not taken the machine apart before. I was shocked how back it was. Not anymore though. Anyone with a coffee machine should watch videos of their model like yours. Cheers.
Thank you for the detailed video. Because of you, I was able to repare my machine all by myself! Keep up the good work.
When you polished the plastic cabinet I thought; - that´s taking it a bit far but you took it a step further when you touched up with the liquid chrome marker and I now see the end result as a brand new machine.. - Amazing.. At the moment I´m in the middle of a decision process of getting myself a Delonghi ECAM22110B. You did a good job on this one!
Thank you,Master!!!You have gold hands!
Thanks for the great video. I like Delonghi, ECAM and ESAM, I think these are currently the best and easiest serviceable coffee machines. Simple construction without unnecessary complications. All parts and components are well accessible and easy to replace. In 5 years I serviced them and repaired about 10 pieces. I have exactly the same Delonghi at home. It works for 6 years without failure.
Sincerely.
Thank you for the nice words. I also love to disassemble and repair the Delonghi coffee machines. Very simple and brilliant technology and above that, the parts are not overpriced.
Super.
Brawo! Instruktaż i precyzja wysokich lotów. Super odcinek i czekam na inne modele. Powodzonka
in my country they would tell you that you have golden hands.... very good job..looking at your work is relaxation for me 👏👏👏👍👍👍
Thanks for the video. cleaning the grinding repaired my machine! there was a small piece of wood in it. amazing how this came in.
Thanks for the great video! It helped me get the infuser put back together after an imperfect reinstall. When I did it myself, something broke and now I have to figure out what the tiny piece is (looks like the regulator, but it is not)! Your video helped me get the arms positioned correctly, but now I think the broken piece is causing it to not clear the pucks. Deeper into youtube I go!
Thank you. Your video really helped me to disassemble my coffee mashine and clean it properly! Without it, I would have never figured out how to do it without breaking something!
Great video, thank you!
Great work. Simple and clear. Thanks a lot....
Just replaced the flash boiler in my ECAM45760. I will also do a maintenance clean like this, thank you!
This helped me a lot. Thank you. I had to replace the frothing control on my Magnifica S and although not exactly the same... this helped me know which parts to disassemble.
I got a Delonghi Magnifica ESAM 4000b in pretty much the same state. Nice job!
Good work!
J'aime votre maîtrise! Bravo! Et merciiiiiiiii!!!
Exactly what I was looking for !!
excellent, a great help coffee machine back to working like new after following this video.
Many thanks, keep up the good work
Thank you Bro
Your video has been very precious 💯
For me, my profession is servicing in other fields, but your job is excellent, it seems that you are immersing yourself in the task and reaching the production standard of quality. If all professionals worked this way, they could safely buy used machines, there would be no disappointment. Keep your good habit, sooner or later there will only be a need for such work.
Thank you very much for this inspiring comment! I will continue with youtube and improove myself always on.
Respekt. Sehr gutes Video. Toller Job. Handwerklich sehr begabt. Das kann nicht jeder. 👍👍👍
Great work. Very good movie. Thank you for your help, thanks to you my coffee machine works great again 🍻😉☕️
Great video, I love your patience and attention to detail, well worth seeing the video. I have cleaned my coffe machine before but never a full clean like this including all the major parts.

Great Video! Thanks a lot
Wow Good~~~~~!~ thank you
Gratulálok,szép munka!
Awesome video, I love the attention to detail. I'm amazed you got all these parts for just 40 Euros. Here in the UK parts for these machines are fairly expensive and I don't think it would be economically viable to replace all the parts you did in this machine.
I have just done a servicing job on my machine similar in scope to this and everything, including the equipment I needed to fix it cost £130. I purchased some things from Europe. Since my machine costs £550 new, it was still worth it and now I have equipment for the future. Just don't buy o-rings from 4DeLonghi, that is daylight robbery.
I have whatch the video all You are the Best You have aloot of patience
I bought a brand new one for 300 Euro! and I cant still operate it.🙃.. Wow... amazing to see how you did this #respect X
Thanks for the great words 😉
Very useful thanks
Wonderful great video 👍
So you're like My Mechanics but for coffee machines. Nice :D
Nice Job ✌️
Amazing job 👍
Exellent video thanks
Great job! thanx for your videos!
I allready did the same thing with 2 defective machines i recently purchased. If i may give you a tip: you also can give a watertank with limescale a vinegar bath for a few hours or even overnight, to get it completely clean.
keep up the good work!
Please where can one purchase a water tank
Good work!.
you are supermen.... It's super... perfect ASMR...~ REPAIR ARTIST~!
Thank you!😉
A job well done👍
Mega praca wykonana !!!
I'm blown away by the precision. Just simply amazing work. Particularly how you removed the scratches from the plastic. I had no idea it was possible.
May I ask, can you clarify the process a bit more. What you use to sand it down and the polisher etc... Thanks.
Impressive. Good Work
Great video and awesome machine! I did the same with my Delonghi ecam 23.420.SB after 17600 cups. It's still working perfectly. In my machine the infuser guide (small plastic thing that pushes on the lever of infuser) was broken so I 3D printed it. Anyway, great video! I was looking for something like that when I was renovating mine but without success.
Thank you for the nice words! The idea of the 3D printed infuser guide is genius.

I do not dare to disassemble my machine but I think I could have a similar problem with the infuser guide: the piston is not pushed to the top after brewing therefore some coffe ground remains inside and is not wiped off (I have to remove it manually otherwise the next coffee is awful...) Do you think this could be due to the same piece you 3D printed?
@@danielnelva134 I had the same problem. Printing this part helped. You can easly check if your part is broken by looking inside infuser doors on the right side. Its small guide looking part.
@@danielnelva134 Recently purchased for 45 euros ECAM23.420 with the same "fault", otherwise in very good condition, 10 minutes fix, you have to adjust the infuser/piston to the home position, now the piston goes all the way up. Very good coffee machine.
Hammer 👍
State of Art. Polished body was the last drop, but then I saw chrome marker. Hat off
Awesome
good work
amazing! keep going
Wow! you take it to the next level! :) Now how about direct tap water connection kit? That would sell like hotcakes! :)
Just did the deep clean because the general warning light was on. I have no idea how the hell would it know if it's dirty "inside". Anyway, I hope it works . Will reassemble it tomorow.
Either way , I learned something today from you, thanks. :)
Lol, It actually worked.Not the cleaning per say, but the wire to the press motor didn't had a good connection.
You are sick Man!!!!
Thanks man, 😏😊😊 !!!
Good job

Hi, thanks for the great video. Is that silicon grease you used on the o-rings at 5:49?
Amazing job! When you use ultrasonic bath to clean those parts, and then resurfaced the plastic, you had me convinced do you are a serious pro at this. Did you work for DeLonghi or one of one of their repair shops? The familiarity you have with the parts of this machine is really detailed.
Thanks for the nice compliments! But everything I have taught myself.
@@yt.myworks As another engineer/tinkerer, your skills and setup are truly impressive!
What part would you replace if both coffee and water (in the initial and final rinse
) doesn’t come out? I get error like when coffee is too fine grinded. Thanks, this is very helpful. Great video , you are a king!
I would fix the water pump first -> this video will show you how: ruclips.net/video/9p65d-Mrnwc/видео.html
Hi, thank you for the detailed instruction of the machine restoration. When I work on a coffee machine I like to do proper job, as you, but as business, there is no time for a such comprehensive job, when you have 10 calls/day....by the way, I like your washing thing, can you tell me the brand? I want something like that for small cleaning parts. Thanks
Thanks for the great words! I have a cheap ultrasonic cleaner "Medion" from the discounter. For professional use, I recommend to spend more money to get better cleaning results.
Thank you for this video, please could I ask what screwdriver head you need to remove the tiny screws from the back (the first removing cover step you showed). Thanks
You need a Torx 20 "BO" screwdriver with a bohre that can slide over the pin.
You have done a great job! Could you kindly specify which grease did you use in each section? I see the product in the description But I don't know which is use when.... Thanks
Yes I have the same question. What lubricant was used on the o-rings on the infuser?
Thank you for this outstanding video. What is the most likely cause of excessive water dripping into the very small red "tray" in the front of the machine, visible when you slide out the grounds drawer? Thanks in advance for your help!
Is the water dripping next to it? If so, then the expansion chamber is probably very dirty and should be cleaned. This is the black cover over the heater on the left side of the machine.
Very helpful video. Thank you for posting. I hope it will help me as well. My machine is no longer frothing well. The pressure coming out of the frother is very uneven; it fluctuates and goes up and down and it's very weak. Even when set to water only, it barely poors water but I otherwise don't think it's a pump issue since it still looks like it poors a normal coffee; it's just having problems when it goes on the frother side. Any idea what could it be? Hoping it's valve issue.
Hello, before you take the machine apart, try to descale it properly. One or two times in a row. Perhaps then the nozzle is free.
watching all the repair tutorials related to automatic espresso units.
if anyone has any information woudl you please leave a feedback whether these machines (mine ise delonghi ecam series) have any chance of their internal portafilters be modified to a single wall filter and if they indeed have a doubled layered one inside instead of single wall non pressurized.
This is an awesome video and well done on doing a great job of the restoration. Had a question on the inner tube mounting plate @ 9:02.... mine seems to have come apart and broken, but when I remount with the screw, it seems to keep it in place. Do you think this arrangement will be OK or do I need to try find that thin inner tube (with the 3 o-rings)? Thanks
The tube breaks very often. Tighten the screw careful and the tube should hold.
Hi,
Thanks a lot for all your vid
I bought my DeLonghi Magnifica XS from Costco MN
120 v - 60 HZ 1250 W
Type ECAM 22110 B
P= 1.5 MPa (15 bar)
When I took it to North Africa and by mistake I plugged it in 220 V
I smelled little burning. I still can turn it on I can hear the coffee grinding all screen look good with green and yellow light but it doesn't dispense water nor a coffee.
Please help.
Bravo ! Very helpful. My Delonghi could not run coffee out of spouts, instead the water comes underneath to the coffee grind container. Any idea where the problem is ? I am trying to disassemble the machine. Cheers.
In most cases the brewing flask is leaking: ruclips.net/video/3QBLoTMgTec/видео.html
Holy makrel!
Great detailed video as always! I got a bit newer model of Dinamica and unfortunately grinder do not work. Where do you recommend to start inspecting it? What could cause this issue? Unit brew the coffee using pre-ground with no problem. Thank you for any advice!
first check whether the grinder is not blocked. Here is another video about this issue: ruclips.net/video/Dk8_id4x7E4/видео.html
You are Awesome! Excellent work, very professional and organized!
I have a ECAM350.35.W (3 years old) and it needs to be repaired (mechanical problem and also a valve problem) and they want to charge me 230 euros to fix it.
I intend to fix it myself (I hope to be successful).
Can I ask you any tip that can help me go forward with it?
Thank you very much in advanced!
Thanks for the great words. If I can, I'll be happy to help.
I have a Magnifica S the grinder is not working, so i bought a new one and also doesn't work, it soen't even grind in test mode. But it makes perfect coffe with powdered coffee. any idea?
Hi,
MY ECAM 22360 somehow ended up with the tray and infuser stuck in. The on-screen message is insert the undertray, but actually I only need to take out the undertray.
Do you know what's the looking mechanism for the tray, so I'll attempt to manually remove the tray maybe, and reinserted again? I've tried couple of reset methods and none of them worked.
👍👍👍
Thanks for the great vids.
I’m curious how a test mode could be performed on eletta cappuccino top, an ECAM machine.
Thanks
Switch off the front of the machine, pull out the drawer, press and hold B15 (amount of coffee) + B11 (single cup) + B6 (milk menu) at the same time until Select Test appears. Then pull in the drawer and press the cappuccino. The test mode is now active.
The following functions can be checked with the keys:
Latte Macchiato--> BG
Menu/ESC--> Cup warmer
Steam--> steam heating
Beans--> grinder
Amount of coffee--> pump
1cup--> EV1
2cups--> EV2
One button--> thermal block
Hot water--> EV1+EV2
@@yt.myworks thanks heaps for a quick reply! Much appreciated.
This is great video...but it doesn't show how to take out the tiny cream valve on top of infuser (under infuser filter). It is gold colored when laying on your towel, to the right of the puck removal arm.
You're right, but it's in my other video ruclips.net/video/-BPGEyW5RVA/видео.htmlsi=ptn-sbLW3RRy0ZE5
👏🏾 great job.
I have a problem with my Delonghi Dinamica plus. Ecam 370.95.T the device gave a short circuit when switched on. do you have a video for that. replace the motherboard?
Check if there is a leak inside the machine. That could cause the short circuit.
Great video! I have replaced my diffuser (behind the door and water tank) and the valve assembly (the part with 5 tubes attached), but still my machine will not pump water through. When I remove the supply tube from the valve assembly, it will pump water through the open tube. Is it possible the pump cannot generate enough pressure and needs to be replaced? I would also replaced the nearby regulator just in case? Any other thoughts appreciated. Thanks.
I would try to replace the generator - you could try cleaning it first.
Many thanks for sharing such excellent videos the issue I have have when I turn the machine off the infuser is in the correct position for extracting but the two levers are in the wrong position I'm manually moving those with my fingers to get the brew unit out the other issue is the pox aren't being ejected and they build up in the infuser and then block and coffee won't come out any ideas on how to repair this fix your help is very much appreciated
There are two possible causes for this problem, either the brew group was assembled incorrectly or the lever on the machine broke off. Here is my other video how to properly assemble the brew group: ruclips.net/video/WsfIidlbfEs/видео.html
Many thanks for your help the leaver is missing
I had one from a friend who looked to scrap it .Doesn't work of course but i will try to fix it. The engineer told is ERROR message on the electrical .I looked to diffuser and the rings are worn but with some life in them.What silicone you use for rings? Is a great video and I hope to fix my espresso machine too.
I use OKS 1110 silicone. Good luck with the repair.
Hi impressive deep clean. You display a spring at 3.17, where does it fit? Did you also replace infuser piston O-rings?
David Gifford: Please check out my other video for "DeLonghi Maintenance". At 2:08 minutes you can see where the spring is mounted. I also changed the o-rings.
ruclips.net/video/OJWguSgyf4c/видео.html
Você está de parabéns! Profissional excelente!.
Minha cafeteira apresentou problema, infelizmente.
Hello, I think that the transmission is already worn out and the brewing group cannot find the right position. There is already a repair video from me about this problem. Unfortunately, the repair is quite time-consuming as you have to dismantle almost the entire machine. The transmission can also be replaced with a new one. There will be a new video on the topic next week.

@@yt.myworks obrigado.
Hi myworks! Great video and I'm finally taking your lead to restore my own Delonghi. When ultrasonic cleaning, do you use a powder like Cafiza or just water? Also, do you think a cheap ultrasonic cleaner from Amazon will be powerful enough? Thanks for your help to Delonghi owners.
I use washing soda powder to clean the parts, but Cafiza is very good. I do not recommend an ultrasonic device for cleaning a couple of parts. It is best to use small cleaning brushes amzn.to/3zT95Sa
Did you use special tool to remove back star screws? They seem to have a center piece that
You need a TX20 Torx (Torx with Hole)
Świetna robota. Szczególnie to polerowanie robi wrażenie. 🙂
Musisz rozebrać i złożyć prawidłowo.
Informative! Can you point me in the direction of a new set of o-rings showed at around 9:40. I don’t have a ultrasonic cleaner, but I bet a regular clean and new o-rings will also do wonders on my 11.000+ cups machine. Thanks in advance 😊.

@@yt.myworks Thanks alot :-) - I somehow missed that link.
great videos. Do you know how to remove the coffee spout from the Dinamica. I would like to give it a clean. I wouldnt want to go through major dismantling.
I don't remember exactly, but the coffee spout is installed in a similar way to other ECAM models.
Yes, it's a big ordeal to remove the door panel. Incidentally, most of the designs are prone to have coffee drip and accumulation in the door panel including the sprout assembly. I am getting tired of dissembleingthe door to do cleaning, so I bought a cheap electric dental water flosser from eBay, so I can shoot pressurized burst of water to clean out the sprout.
