I wanna try something more advanced so I bought the ingredients on my normal shop I didn’t just buy the stuff cos they aren’t essentials but I’m gonna make em tomorrow. I’ll update yall when they are done also I’m leaving them overnight cos apparently hey taste better if once they are done you let them chill for 24 hours I’m just gonna do overnight but I really want them to work! ❤️
fnaf speed edits kendalynn I will give you in cups this recipe but I'm not sure if it will work. 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 2 Tbsp cocoa powder, 2 egg whites from large eggs, 1/4 cup sugar.
When i make macarons in rainy day, i preheated the oven on 120 dc (celcius), off them an let the heat out for about 2-5 minutes, put the macaron in oven rack for about 15 minutes, repeated them if your macaron still not drying (depend on humidity). When they almost drying, took them off. Preheated again for baking macaron, mine 160 dc. Hope this tips will helps

Because Almond flour is so different from AP flour and is what creates a smooth blemish free top! Are they crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle?
Looks really good can’t way to try it! The only thing I wanted to ask was if it was chocolate flavoured then when you add food colouring to make it bright and colourful the colour wouldn’t come out right because the batter would be brown. So can you miss out the cocoa powder and add food colouring instead to change the colour? Or would it affect the taste? Hope you reply soon because I can’t wait to bake!
Removing the cocoa powder would remove the chocolate flavour, the channel does have a macaron recipe for plain macarons (without almond flour) that can be dyed with food colouring. If you really want the chocolate flavour, I'd suggest trying to add chocolate essence as you only need a teaspoon or two and there's no colour payoff from the liquid :)

Sift the dry ingredients for 2-4 times
Wrinkly tops are caused by too low temperature in the oven. Next time increase the temperature in the oven.

Sift the flour mixture in 3 parts into your meringue and fold it in between. It will be more easy to not over fold your macarons batter.
