Sight Fishing Redfish and Camping at Grand Isle State Park in Southeast Louisiana

The conditions are nearly perfect and for the next 3 days, I'll be sight fishing redfish in the Louisiana Marsh. The Low winds, super low tides and lots of sun make for great sight fishing conditions. In part 1, I head out early morning and launch the kayak off the highway on my way to Grand Isle State Park for a few hours. The next morning, I decide to launch in another area and make a 3 or 4 mile paddle to a shallow flat where I found several redfish actively feeding on a rising tide. This is part 1 of a 2 part series!
